Lovely weather great place for a weekend trip, a small city centre easy to navigate loads of history and beautiful buildings. The apartment was central good access great staff very helpful. A tip: down load the app bolt great for cheap taxis

I stayed several times in the past 10 years in this place but this time I saw dirty towels, dirty sheets, not polite people in reception and damaged and old furnitures inside the room. Unfortunately, It is not anymore like the past years.

Apart from the location, everything else was a complete nightmare. We got to the hotel right at 3 and they us up, except, the room was a complete mess. There was bread all over the floor and counters. The beds were not made, and there was garbage everywhere. Turns out, the room had not even been cleaned. They made us wait another hour before we could go in. Even after the hour, it looked rushed and Furthermore, the man at the front desk was very cold. The towels they left for us were damp. When I went back to ask for fresh dry ones,

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 young children and it was a lovely stay. Our room had everything we needed albeit a little austere, however it was right beside a Lidl and food court across the road which makes up for the ill-fitted curtains and tiny towels. Directly opposite the old town and tram stations right out the front. Hotel has full kitchen in common room and kitchenette in room. I will stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect spot on the edge of the old town.

Clean. Spacious. Convenient. The perfect accommodation for a brief trip to Bratislava! The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, the shower room great, and the balcony overlooking the city was a fab bonus! Immediately adjacent to the old town, this apartment was close to everything that we wanted to visit, and conveniently located for onward transport.

Great stay in the city center

Flat is great and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great, near everything. There’s a supermarket right under, parking on the street and main attractions nearby. My only complaint is about the grumpy guy in reception (day shift). He has a terrible attitude and we saw him being rude at other guests as well. The lady and the night guy were good though. I recommend it!

Value for the money. Clean. Comfortable. Had a restful sleep. Will stay here again and will recommend to families and friends. No front desk after 10pm. Couldn’t reach anybody by phone for assistance to turn on the A/C. We just open the window.
