Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But once again, if you want to just relax in your villa and do nothing (except for swimming, internet surfing, reading), this probably is the best place to "vacation".

Quiet and serene villa away from the hustle and bustle ubud city Centre. Excellent service and top notch spa experience. The only downside would be the not so clean room in the villa. Stains on bed, webs can be found around the room and room felt damp and musty. Nevertheless, good experience overall but expected rooms to be cleaner for the price per night.

Beautiful Place, Beautiful Staff.

In any vacation accommodation, the beauty of it is always in the details from hardware to software. Kayumanis Villa did it all superbly well.

Small luxury hotel with amazing service

Great hotel in middle of lush tropical forest. Amazing service, specially the private shuttle on request to and from ubud, very convenient. Hotel and rooms are nice, but a bit run down (pool filtration noisy, tv not working...) , very comfortable but not very clean, we had rashes from lying on outdoor day bed. Food is not bad. Spa has fantastic location above ayung river. Overall very good. Would recommend if you want privacy and private pool with luxury room.

Fabulous and romantic

The staff were amazingly accommodating and always willing to help. The free return rides to Ubud center was appreciated and hiring drivers to bring us to farther places can be easily arranged by the concierge. The villa itself was a dream! We loved the pool and the lovely bathroom (we were secretly glad that our bathtub was indoor, though the showers were outdoors). Everything was very clean and tidy. We are pleasantly surprised that they served complimentary tea time as well because sometimes it's hard to head out when your accommodation is too comfortable. Highly recommended for a romantic holiday or a honeymoon choice.

It's a nice and private hotel in ubud. The staff will pick you up from any part of ubud which makes travelling around town easy. The hotel staff are efficient and responsive in making the stay comfortable.

We had a very relaxing holiday. Love the food! The Spa facilities could be uplifted a bit. A bit too far to reach out for the main pool and restaurant. Overall the service is excellent.

Thanks for making it a pleasant stay for us. Kayu manis Ubud is located in Sayan Village. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quite and relaxing time. Service was exceptional! The villa is about 10 minutes drive from Ubud centre ( the hotel provide shuttle vans for return trips for free). Exceeded all our expectations. The villas, pools and gardens are spacious, well maintained and make the most of the beautiful surroundings. I thought the open air bathroom and living area were a great idea. Being able to have delicious breakfast and afternoon tea in the villa was a nice touch - and tasty! Can't wait to visit again!

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. I did have a small hiccup that I didn’t need to mention. I always bring my own bedding and the last night I stayed there. I decided to get under their bedding and there were bloody stains all on the comforter that had been there prior to me arriving, so the linens clearly had not been changed. By the time I noticed all the dried blood stains on the comforter I had already slept underneath it and was disgusted. They sent someone to change out the comforter, but other than that, nothing else was done. That was my only issue with the property. Everything else was five stars. Would I stay there again absolutely.

Most wonderful private villa ever

Spectacular private villas, in the middle of a sumptuous jungle and river crossing inside the property, near Ubud center. Transportation to Ubud Center service included. Most kind and attentive staff, always available in WhatsApp chat. Breakfast included for different types of cuisine served at your private villa or in the restaurant. The hotel infinity pool is gorgeous. Outside bath and tub, just amazing
