Hotel was closed on our checkin day. Nobody informed us about this. Transfer us to their other hotel for that day. Next day we were allowed to check in to the original hotel but ounce we entered the room it was not ready and beds are not made. We went out so they can get the room ready. The room was great when we got back but when I try to use the shower the hot water is not working only the cold told the reception and they sent the maintenance guy He does not speak english and he insist the shower is working So I tried to explain to him that thats the cold water he turned on, I turned the hot water on to show him its not working but he keeps turning the hot water off and turning on the cold water to show me its working. Getting nowhere we went back to the reception and he told them there is nothing wrong and they make me look like an idiot and just making it up. Luckily another staff decided to check it out herself and then she saw I was right and it is not working. They transfer us to another room and finally on the last day of our stay we got a decent room and finally get to shower.

beaucoup de bruit , pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit

je n'ai fermé l'oeil de la nuit. c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive dans un hôtel. Un groupe de supporter de rugby a chanté à tue tête jusqu'à 3h du matin. la police est intervenu vers 1h30, mais cela ne les a pas empêché de recommencer ensuite.chambre très mal insonorisée. petit déjeuner vraiment insuffisant compte tenu du prix 10€. c'était le 15 août à Lourdes.

Close to the sanctuaries, clean room. Old furnitures, general conditions of the hotel in need of renewal; basic breakfast. Yet, all in all, good price for value.
