Never again,

The first two nights false fire alarms 1 am and midnight respectively. No all-clears were given so some folks ignored the alarm (Smart?) and others showed up in the lobby in pajamas to find out they should have ignored the alarm. The third night was woken up at 11:30 pm by security. The front desk said they were going to keep my $350 security deposit if I didn't immediately go down to the lobby check out and check back in even though I had confirmed the reservation. Couldn't be handled over the phone because, well, the phone doesn't work. The bathroom sink water comes out as a trickle. Most of the security and housekeeping staff were very nice, dedicated, and helpful. The place could use a little management qualified folks on their staff.

the room that we stayed was generally ok. only gripe was water pressure from tap in the bathroom was not strong. However, i must say the housekeeper that cleaned our room daily was exceptionally good. Our room number was 558.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Only gripe we had was that the bath towels were not absorbent enough. And the hosuekeeping services were a bit inconsistent. Other than that, every other aspect was great.
