It is an extremely old villa and the actual conditions are totally different fron the photos. This is the worst villa in Bali I have stayed in so far. Very smelly inside the room. The pool is very dirty and we don't bother to use. No basic amenities are provided. The cabinet and furniture are broken. The air conditioning is not working and noisy. The breakfast is horrible. Milk provided for coffee was spoilt and sour. Should only consider as last place to stay if you can't find other villas in Bali.

There is room for improvements

I brought my parents here and we stayed in a two-bedroom villa. Overall the experience is average. Good: Service staff are very friendly. The villa is spacious. Can be improved: Breakfast is below average. Or I put it this way, the quality of breakfast buffet (if you call it so) is way below our expectation. We don't expect a variety of choices but please make sure every little dish you serve is fresh and well-prepared. Furnitures are old and some are worn out. Look at the bathtub areas and the kitchen (thought we don't use it) - you can do better. The bathrooms (attached to both bedrooms), though spacious, doesn't smell good. Not sure if it's because of humidity or antiseptic liquid used.

The ambience was amazingly relaxing, with the staff providing excellent service at every turn. The villa was set in an excellent location for us, with various places easily accessible by Go-Jem. Would definitely recommend Bidadari Villas to my friends and family.

A stay away from city hustle and bustle

My wife and I stayed there for our 1st wedding anniversary, location was further away from the city area of Kuta and remote. The villa was clean, well maintained, cosy and quiet. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a great time during our stay there.

Good Villa away from the buzz

Clean an spacious villa except the bathrooms had a bad stale stench. Shuttle to seminyak and kuta is not always available even thought it was published as running every hour. Breakfast was so so compared to food everywhere in Bali. Pool was very clean and was great for a dip anytime of the day.

Very unique and au naturel experience at Bidadari!

An oasis of serenity amidst the Umalas village and rice padis! The Bidadari villa was just what we were looking for ... a private and romantic space for couples ... Not too close to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, Legian and Kuta, but the hotel provides free shuttle, and great service too! Very friendly staff that tried to cater to our every whim and fancy, and exceptional shoutouts to Mr Made, our airport transport driver, and Ms Purnami. Loved the outdoor space of the villa, and the pavillion. Our only gripe would perhaps be that the fountain of our private pool was not working properly....otherwise, will definitely reurn to the Bidadari for next trip to Bali!

What a beautiful property! We had a villa and private pool. The rooms were an indoor outdoor set up so our bedrooms were indoors but the kitchen, living and bathrooms were outdoors. What a unique experience! Breakfast was made to order and they even accommodated us with some to go breakfasts. Walking distance there was not a ton of dining options but a short grab ride away there were lots of options. Highly recommend to stay at the property.

They treated me excellent my entire stay. Everybody was so welcoming and the hospitality is superb. When I come back, I’m staying here again. The breakfast is awesome. They really know how to treat you well when you arrive. I’m ecstatic and I was here by myself from the US. I felt so safe and good. Property is clean and they went over and beyond for me. That’s love in itself. What a blessing. Keep up the great work. Oh yea, it was also a quiet area and I really enjoyed it.

Firstly, the staff are amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful. However, once we arrived we found that there was noisy construction right next door - it would have been nice to know this in advance or a discount offered for the inconvenience. The villa was clean and cleaned daily, however it was in desperate need of maintenance and some TLC - the photos are not accurate. Again, the staff are amazing and incredibly friendly and personable - thank you!

Friendly staff, especially the breakfast girls. Renovations currently underway so we were moved further away from the noise which was appreciated. Bit out of the way and hard to walk places due to lack of footpaths in the area. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety each day. Spa was shut due to renovations so had to go to the 2 nearby spas for a massage (cannot recommend either of them) All in all a lovely place to relax but a bit isolated if you like to go out and explore.

The pool villa was really nice but not maintained well with poor plumbing in the toilet and the food at breakfast was not fresh, appealing and not vegetarian/vegan friendly. The staff could not speak very good English and were not polite which was a shame.
