Nous avons été enchantés du secteur où se trouve l'appart hôtel,nous nous sommes sentis accueillis , tout a été fait par l'équipe pour que nous soyons a l'aise, le studio est confortable,, tranquille, l'espace de sommeil permet un sommeil réparateur, tout est pensé de façon ergonomique,le bémol rencontré dans tous les établissements est l'accès dans les placards dans la kitchenette ( je suis petite ) mais mon mari m'a aidé,il manquerait un petit couteau de cuisine En final nous étions enchantés mon mari et moi et n'hésiterons pas a revenir à un prochain Sejour

Hele fijne plek op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Bus stopt voor de deur mocht je niet willen lopen. Medewerkers van het hotel ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Lekker vrij koffie/thee/sap/siroop pakken. Kamer was netjes, zou wel wat schoner kunnen. Bedden lagen prima en warme douche.

Client régulier Residhotel celui ci est en bon état, au calme et dans un bon quartier quoique pas très vivant le soir (quartier facultés). Mais son vrai plus et la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, au petit soin et avec toujours un sourire au lèvres, c’est agréable!

Très bon accueil

Il y avait un problème de chauffage mais on nous a donné un chauffage d'appoint ,et tout s'est bien passé. Accueil très chaleureux par la directrice qui nous a guidés dans nos choix de spécialités locales et nous a aidés à masquer les odeurs de Maroilles !!!
