A nice apartment with washing machine, dryer etc. Great for family! Only thing that I didn't really like was the steep slope leading out from the apartment at it's right next to a public cemetery. Otherwise, i love the place.

Accessibility to all major highways. Decent and quiet place to rest. The 2 things that are not so ideal are the internet access and the frequency of having to reconnect to get access. The car park parking can be tricky if you drive a MPV or a 8 seated car. Overall it was good.

Disappointing stay

Overall, this apartment hotel impressed upon as petty in its service provision. Wifi usage restrictions, gym that was utilized for storing purposes, old and stained cutlery and poor service rendered by female staff. Female staff were either seemingly unwilling to serve - when we asked where we could store our luggage since they are the only ones whose check in was the latest at 3pm or lack basic courtesy - it was raining and we were in the lift trying hard to find our key to gain access to the lift landing of our room. Staff just stood there and did nothing. Do seek other accommodation.

Sound proof was bad, rush hour for lift

Sound proofing was bad that you can hear everything in the room even with all Windows and doors shut. Wi-Fi was weak and limited to 500mb. Tried to leave close to 10am which is the check out time and the lifts keep passing our floor and is loaded that we can't get in and front desk was just packed.

Comfortable stay

We stayed here the end of our 3 weeks journey in New Zealand. It rained much and we had many bags after campervan trip. We came 3 hours earlier so no rooms were ready. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind to keep those bags without hesitation and she called us when it ready immediately. The room was quite spacious and tidy well. I have stayed many places and this apartment hotel has good service mind. I want to recommend this place.

Good Value & Comfortable

Compact but well-laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It would have been tight for 5 of us to have a meal in the apartment but it was fine for a short stay. Good pressure in shower and decent enough beds. The entrance to the basement parking is ridiculously tight.

Reasonable price for an apartment near CBD

I came with my family. There were 5 of us.The parking was not as scary as made out to be in some earlier reviews but the driver must be experienced and the car not too large. I drove a SUV whose height was around 1.8 m, so that was ok. At certain parts down to Basement 3 of the car park, the path is one lane, so do abide by the electronic traffic signal by the side. Steep at certain parts too. However, I did not know of the parking fee (of $25) when I booked the hotel through Expedia. That was a downside. As far as the apartment is concerned, it is comfortable and there was a hood and hob for us to cook a simple meal. A bottle of dish-washing liquid would have been awesome for those guests who prefer to wash kitchenware by hand instead of using the dish-washer. Wifi was on only for a while even though we believe we did not reach the 500 MB limit. Check-out was easy if you opt for the hotel's "Express Check Out" but you need to settle your bill beforehand. By and large, the stay was alright. And the fare is reasonable.

Reasonably priced for a fairly central location

The apartment amenities and kitchen utensils were adequate for simple cooking. We had a major issue with the hotel car park on the first day as, being first-time visitors to Auckland, we had not anticipated such tight spaces. If driving, do check out the actual car-park before deciding whether or not to park in it. Fortunately for us, Albert, at the front-desk, went out of his way to help us resolve the parking situation and gave useful information on other alternative car-parks nearby. Eu-lin similarly went the extra mile to help us get into the apartment the first night (the key was not working) even though she had just gone off-duty.

The worst stay ever with non-attentive staff!!!

We arrived late at 11pm due to our flight from Singapore. Given room 4B (level 4) upon check-in. The nightmare began when the garbage truck came at 2:30am with it's loud motor running & water cleansing for 30 mins. We told the staff in the morning, he didn't look surprise & told us that the truck only came twice a week so we thought it was only happened on the first night. However, the truck came again TWICE on our third night, 3am & 6:30am and both lasted for 30 mins. We didn't have a proper sleep for 2 nights. When we made the first complaint, the staff should have moved us to a higher floor coz he knew the cleaning schedule & we don't & he also knew that we stayed for 3 nights!!! The sofa was also very smelly & it looked like a hundred years old. We had to cover it with a bedsheet before seating on it. We also found accumulation of dust & crumps underneath the sofa when we tried to put the bedsheet on. YUCK!!! You're providing an accommodation but if u can't even provide the most basic comfort, quiet & clean to your guest, how can you rate yourself as 4.1/5??????? We were very disappointed with your service & wouldn't come back anymore!!!

nice apartment, but paid parking

nice apartment, the unit we chose can easily fit 4 adults. Apartment come with all facilities that you need. A bit warm in the afternoon in the apartment. Hotel failed to recognize me as expedia+ gold member and i have to identify myself in order to get the compliment breakfast.

Great apartment, close enough to the CBD

The apartment is easily reached from the airport via the SkyBus service. the busstop is right in front of the apartment at Langham Hotel. Stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. accessible to major bus routes of the CBD so it was very easy to get to and from.
