We enjoy staying at Broadwater and will stay here again. Spacious and comfortable. Great location. Bathroom fans do need updating, condensation is very bad.

Great value, good size apartment, perfect for families. Makes it affordable with a kitchenette as we can self cater, and the kids loved the heated pool. Bonus points for the king size bed and tv in the main bedroom. We will be back!

The facilities were mostly adequate (small kitchen with basic equipment), location is good and safe within walking distance of Preston Square. Unfortunately there was also no hot water in the apartments which was not fixable until after we checked out the next day. Room telephone to reception doesn’t work either.

Great amenities - heated pool, spa & a sauna. Walking distance to food places. Terrific views from the balcony. So glad for the double glazed windows & doors! It was a pity the restaurant wasn't open while we were there.

A wonderful apartment with what was needed. A dishwasher, washing machine, stove, big fridge, and I used all of those. Home away from home. There was also a desk for the laptop. Wifi worked well. 90 metres to Bus 32, which takes you into the city. The nice swimming pool looked inviting, except the weather was not inviting.

We really enjoyed this place as it was central to our stay in Perth it had great facilities and plenty of room for 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment We attended the state of origin at Optus Stadium which was close enough to Broadwater resort
