過ごしやすかった

お部屋は綺麗に掃除されておりとても過ごしやすかったです。 お風呂にボディタオルがないのでそれは持参する必要があります。 洗濯機や物干しなどもありました。 食器やフライパンはないので必要に応じて持って来るといいと思います。 レンジや電気ケトルはあります。

安いからこんなもんか

コロナウイルスで大変なときなのに消毒薬系がまったくないばかりかハンドソープすら置いてなかった。歯磨き用のコップなし、トイレと洗面所にタオルなし。 お湯の温度調節めんどくさい。エアコンの 性能が微妙。 フロントの対応が店員によってまちまちすぎる。チェックイン時の男性以外はひどかった。 安いからまあ許せる程度。

합리적인 깨끗한 곳!

깨끗하고 정말 집하나 빌린거 같아요. 하지만 냉장고에 물 하나정도는 있었으면 좋겠습니다.ㅜㅜ

地下鉄本町駅から近く荷物の移動も便利でした。立地はとても私達にはよかったです。日本人のスタッフはとても丁寧に対応していただきました。 スタッフの言葉の壁は仕方なく思いますが、笑顔がなかったのが非常に残念に感じました。

急遽、飛行機便が変更になり最終で行ったので、チェックインが夜中1時近くなってしまったのですが、感じの良い対応をしてくれてとても良かったです！ ほんとに泊まるだけで次の日の朝にはチェックアウトでしたが、とてもリーズナブルなのにいいお部屋でした^_^

汚手洗い

お手洗いが全く掃除をしていない様子で、不潔で汚すぎた。鼻をつくアンモニア臭と、床には過去宿泊者がいた形跡が… お手洗い以外は快適でしたが、残念ながらあのお手洗いなら二度と宿泊したくないです。

会社の方とそれぞれ2部屋とりました。普通のマンションをホテルにしているのだと理解していたので、広い部屋でありホテル並みのサービスを期待しないで泊まりました。最悪なのは冷房故障なのか？16度にしても暑く、同僚の部屋入った瞬間カビ臭い。フロントは英語通じない。一泊3000円だから仕方ないのか？そんなことではないですよね？でも一泊なので我慢しました。周辺ですが車で行ったのでパーキングが高い！←これはホテルには責任ありませんが参考までに。。

The hotel goes by more than one name and I could not find. I could not find directions on the website, which made it very difficult to find. The girl at check-in was from Korea and did not speak adequate Japanese (I’m Japanese), had to look up how to charge a credit card, and didn’t know how to print a receipt. 😣 The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable but no WiFi.
