The only problem was the room was fairly damp and could have used a dehumidifier. And/or a fan in the bathroom. But otherwise no complaints!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die ich wieder buchen würde. Das Apartment war modern, toll und sauber. Check In hat wunderbar funktioniert. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern via Mail und völlig problemlos. Die Unterkunft liegt vom Zentrum in Zweiter Reihe. Heißt: Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Tourirummel (wer es mag) oder in direkter Nachbarschaft tolle Lokale, Bäckereien etc. Von dort viel zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für uns ideale Lage. Wermutstropfen: Links und rechts klappern die Klimaanlagen. Wir haben unsere nachts ausgeschaltet und es war wunderbar.

Mi estancia fue increíble, la propiedad está muy cerca del acrópolis y de Plaka, podíamos ir a todas las atracciones caminando. El departamento muy lindo y Kostas el anfitrión de la propiedad muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Otro punto a favor es que tienen lavandería gratuita y eso nos encantó.

The staff greeted us upon arrival. They explained the amenities, and we went to our room. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us, and a coffee and tea machine. The location was ideal-three blocks from the Acropolis. The hotel was also near many good restaurants and a short walk to the Plaka neighborhood.

The host was very communicative and responsive each time I contacted him. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and The Parthenon and Acropolis. The convenience of laundry facilities was a plus and also the availability of storage cabinets for our luggage while we explored the city. Thank you for allowing us to rent your unit.

The stay here in this hotel was amazing it was big enough to have enough space for two people since there was a living room and a bedroom separate from each other. It had a kitchen as well which was fully furnished which was great in case we had time to cook our own meal. It was close to a lot of the attractions of Athens. Forever visit Athens again I will stay here for sure.

Wonderfully located rooms with on site managers who were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place as a good value right in the heart of a good residential/commercial area close by to the historical sites and also walking distance to the Central Business District.
