Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery store nearby and felt safe to walk around. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV’s couldn’t connect to the wifi and therefore didn’t work. Rooftop pool and gym were nice to hang out at.

Very convinient appartment for a familly with a restaurant the serves healty and tasty food with awesome coffee! A little away from the action though and it could be noisy as it stands next to a busy street.

Beautiful!

This place was beautiful! It was in a great location. Close to great shops, food and nightlife. The view from the top floor pool was stunning. Make sure you go up there before you leave! The rooms were spacious and clean! Valentina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and reliable. Would absolutely visit Soul again!

Property was fine but their guest policy is unacceptable. I was not aware they did not allow any visitors at all other than registered guests. That is enough not to recommend anyone to stay there. I understand there is a prostitution problem in Medellin but new guests should not be penalized for what previous guests have done.

I like being able to cook for myself, the kitchens in my apartments at Soul were equipped well enough for me to do that, and there is a supermercado just around the corner from the property. I had a great tour of the graffiti in Comuna 13 with one the guides from the hotel, highly recommend checking that stuff out. My apartment on the 9th floor was below the gym, and that was sometimes a little noisy, but I am glad they had a gym, the pool is beautiful, it was what I needed. The staff at the reception were always super friendly and helpful. I have a major crush on one of the girls who works there. A bit pricey, but very nice.

This is a stay away hotel/apartment. My girlfriends 2 young daughters visited us 3 times during our 5 day stay. They arrived to join us for breakfast one day and the other 2 visits were less than 15 minute visits. I was sent a very nasty message from the front desk that any visitors, including your own children coming to visit had a visitor limit and that guest charges would apply for each visitor. These children were family members remind you. My girlfriend and I are senior citizens and we were treated with total disrespect. The hotel staff follow your every move on closed circuit television and monitor you from the front desk. It feels like a prison from the minute you check-in. Every single guest that comes to visit you including friends, family and children are required to have an ID which is copied on a copier. There are no exeptions even if its your mother or grandmother coming by to chat with you during the middle of the day. There is nothing fun at this hotel/ apt. You need a taxi to go anywhere. There is not a single store close enough to walk to. The views are terrible if your stuck facing the forest which has crumbling old run down apartments to look at. No one would stay here. You will lose your hard earned money for the sad service you get. Stay along the main hotel strip in Poblado where you can get a free breakfast and walk to the stores. Don't expect this place to service your room, they charge extra per day for that.
