Well equip service apartment close to underground

Full service apartment includes washing machine and dryer. Less than 5 minutes walk from West Kensington underground. No lift as we have to carry our own luggage to the 2nd floor, very inconvenient to senior travelers, but kind and friendly hotel staff offer his service to help us with some of the luggage.

We had to be moved to to mold in the apartment. We had the first night. The second apartment was on the second floor while they were working in the hallway and lower apartment. It was better, but not anywhere near what was expected. Still very musty smelling And I am assuming the mold was removed prior to our arrival.

We had a great stay at Castletown House Apartments. The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. Our family trip to london

The apartment is very convenient in terms of travel since it is situated very close to the underground and bus stop. There were shops around the block to buy things such as water and food. Mark is also accomodating and allowed us to check in early. Overall a convenient location for our return trip to London.

Mark, manager/coordinator was very helpful and kind to us during our stay there. Also, on the day of our departure he looked after our bags outside the apartment until we picked them in the afternoon. Moreover, he helped us for booking a UBER and loading our bags into the car.
