Je connaissais l’hĂŽtel sous l’enseigne ADAGIO. Mais c’est la premiĂšre fois que je sĂ©journais sous Vacanceole : ils prennent une caution de maintenant (empreinte bancaire), il n’y a plus de cafetiĂšre et de bouilloire, et le dĂ©part est Ă  11h.

Chauffage en panne

Dans la chambre (302) dans laquelle j’ai sĂ©journĂ©, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas du tout : le chauffage de la salle de bain Ă©tait Ă  26,5*C quand j’ai pris les clĂ©s. Je pense qu’il a Ă©tĂ© mis par le personnel afin de pallier au dysfonctionnement. Mais vu le froid qu’il fait, il faudrait prioriser la rĂ©paration ou le changement.

Récupération clé aprÚs fermeture réception nul

Je suis arrivĂ©e aprĂšs l'heure de la fermeture de la rĂ©ception. La clĂ© avait Ă©tĂ© laissĂ©e dans le coffre mais le code du coffre n'Ă©tait pas le bon (un couple avait le mĂȘme problĂšme, et la veille une dame avait eu le mĂȘme souci) : plus de 40 minutes pour avoir quelqu'un via le numĂ©ro d'urgence.

UdemÊrket ophold. Dog var servicen meget dÄrlig, og man fÞlte ikke at receptionisten gad at hjÊlpe en. Da jeg ringede for at fÄ information omkring indcheckning, blev han nÊrmest fornÊrmet fordi man ikke kunne forstÄ hvad han sagde. VÊrelset var fint og renligt.

Aussi incroyable que cela puisse paraĂźtre , il n'a pas Ă©tĂ© possible de prendre une douche tous les jours !!! Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude ! La direction a mĂȘme refusĂ©e de me dĂ©dommager ! Frigo bruyant ! hĂŽtel bruyant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du pĂ©riphĂ©rique ! J'aurais aimĂ© avoir un matelas correct mais il fĂ»t trĂšs mĂ©diocre ! Et pour finir erreur de facturation 10 taxes de sĂ©jours au lieu de 5 !

Premier problĂšme nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un parking le samedi vers 18h on nous annonce qu il n y a plus de place au parking obligĂ© de trouver une place trĂšs loin dans les rues DeuxiĂšme PB on arrive pour rentrer dans l immeuble direction l accueil l ascenseur est en panne obligĂ© de prendre les marche extĂ©rieur je tiens Ă  prĂ©ciser que je suis en invaliditĂ© Et troisiĂšme PB toute la nuit des branches sont venu frotter sur la fenĂȘtre par suite de mauvais entretien des plantations extĂ©rieures

Un petit déjeuner trÚs limité, pas de miel, le jus d'orange quasi vide, pas de sucre en poudre, du pain limite rassis. Un lit peu confortable et une chambre mal isolée qui laisse passer tous les bruits extérieurs. Dommage, l'environnement est assez sympathique.
