Nice and convenient

We had a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is very central nearby to mall, restaurants and shops. Apartment is fully equipped with cooking and laundry facilities. Hotel staff is very helpful too.

perfect location

It was a family vacay so location is pretty important even though we drove. Groceries are available within walking distance and to save the parking fee if you do not intend to drive to town, the train station is close by. Rooms are cleaned daily.

It is thumbs down. There was no one at the check in counter all the time. I mean all the time, from we check in till the day we check out. We were given a wrong room but we relent since it's just one passing night. Almost fooled by them that breakfast is only for 1 but we insisted 2 since it's a twin room. Locations is off and next to some industrial building. Overall verdict is 1 stone. (No stars at all for me)

Getting in contact with property from overseas was extremely difficult when booking through Expedia. Facilities were not clean and very noisy rooms. Not comfortable at all. Do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed.

This hotel if you can call it that operates from 9am -5pm as if it were a bank! There is nobody ever at fromt desk so when checking in at 3pm you're standing in front of the glass door and trying to figure out how to get in! I got in as another guest left and stood at front desk for good ten minutes until someone turned up. Thr room itself appeared clean until i stepped into bathroom. The basin was dirty with toothpaste , toilet had marks on it and exhaust fan filthy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Dandenong is full of closed shops which is a shame. Good security on the streets but probably due to past issues. If you need to stay in Dandenong at a very reasonable price this is a great option

I recently booked a motel while traveling from the regional area to Melbourne with my sister. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the receptionist. After charging my card, she abruptly canceled my booking, accusing me of being a fraudulent person. I was more than willing to provide all necessary IDs during check-in, but her demeanor was rude and dismissive. She refused to listen to my explanations and would not issue a refund, all while making unfounded assumptions about my character. I cannot recommend this motel and urge others to avoid making reservations here. Their practices seem questionable, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
