It is an older facility, but we had zero complaints about our stay. The room was clean, the staff was wonderful and there were breakfast options. There were 5 in our group, and we would definitely stay again. Was also very inexpensive

Inside the rooms, it was clean and functional, equal to a hotel costing twice as much. Outside the room door, the exterior needed landscaping and painting.

Because of country fair in Mitchell options were limited. The room smelled very dank and musty. The sink and floor tiles cracked, dead bugs on walls and ceiling, cigarette burns on the tub, curtains very flimsy. Would not stay here.

No body was there to check in all guests and outside of facilities looked less than welcoming. Did not feel comfortable calling the number on the piece of paper on the door to check in. Did but feel comfortable taking my kids there

Had a plumbing problem and the staff moved us to an acceptable room as there are no other rooms in the whole town. Older facility with a new owner. Keep your staff, very helpful.

Very pleasing and helpful staff. However, the room was just OK for cleanliness- dirt and splatters on walls and doors, ceiling tile and vents not cleaned and were dusty, Drapes were worn and torn from exposure to sun and age.
