Just on the border to main town of PDL. Easy to park rental car on back side of property. Short walk to center of town. Room was comfortable and nice view of ocean.Had trouble with entry to our unit (keypad), used main key for balance of trip.

Despite a brief stay of one night and one full day at Coastview by Azores Villas, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations, which included two balconies offering exceptional views. Furthermore, its convenient proximity to the city center allowed for easy access to downtown Ponta Delgada via a short walk. Très beau séjour, l'hébergement est conforme à la description et nos demandes pour arrivée plus tôt et un départ plus tard ont été accordées. Bel endroit, elle vue sur l'océan. Je vous conseille le restaurant Michel, pas très loin (15 minutes à pied environ).

Close to the airport, big apartment, and balcony with great views. Not really walkable to the town restaurants; however, it is directly next door to a great steak house- O Galego! Get in line early!

Magnifique séjour. La chambre était grande et nous avions une cuisine avec fruit, café et lait pour notre séjour. Ce fût très apprécié. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et répondent rapidement à nos besoins. Le logement se situe également à côté de deux très bons restaurants recommandés par les locaux. Il se situe légèrement en retrait du centre-ville de Ponta Delgada, mais cela permet plus de tranquillité.

My stay at this waterfront condo in São Miguel, Azores, was absolutely fantastic. The view from the condo was breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the ocean right from the living room. The property was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Its central location in Ponta Delgada made it incredibly convenient to access all the activities and attractions we wanted to visit. Whether it was exploring local restaurants, visiting historic sites, or embarking on outdoor adventures, everything was just a short distance away.
