The receptionist was absolutely fantastic and helpful with my daughter who had surgery on her knee. They helped us with a smile and really felt empathy straight away! I will definitely come back to the place really well located in the Center of Marseille and the Vieux Port. The beds were also really comfortable and the AC worked well! The size of the room was big also! Excellent stay. Beyond my expectations. Thank you!

the room was big, old hotel and bathroom but overall it’s a very comfortable stay with kitchenette provided making it convenient to heat up food. Location is at old port so it’s convenient. Aircon is working well.

Peut mieux faire.

Hôtel vieillissant en cours de rénovation. Chambre mal insonorisée, environnement bruyant (ventilateurs industriels très proches) fenêtres anciennes par ailleurs très sales ! Moisissures dans toute la salle de bains. Sols abîmés, rayés, noircis. Par contre très bonne situation, bonne literie, personnel avenant.

Rather disappointing , room was not clean, unpleasant smell of pipes! Balcony was not usable and clotted Staff however very friendly, location very good and central, easy access to bars and shoppings

Good location but dirty

Good location but hotel is very dirty… I spend most of the day going out but come back to hotel at night is not an enjoyable moment. Although the hotel staffs are nice but I would never stay again and I would never recommend to any family with kids to stay here.
