The property was exceptional. The only issue that we had is that in order to use the soap in the bathroom, kitchen and shower you had to scan it, which is a bit ridiculous in order to get any soap from the dispensers.

El apartamento precioso, pero el ascensor estropeado y estábamos en una planta 4A. No había ni una plancha pequeña para poder planchar la ropa y el secador se apagaba a cada minuto. Hasta que no se enfriaba un poco no se volvía a encender. La almohada terrible, medio deshecha por dentro, baja. Sin amenities.

First of all the communication was very good. We arrived late in our apartment and found a clean room. The apartment was very central. But ve have some points to leave: the apartment was very very noisy. It was not possible to sleep because of the noise of the other guests and the air conditioner was working all the time and it was very loud. We turned it off, but anyway it worked constantly. The elevator was also too loud when opening and closing its door. We could hear it from our bedroom. When leaving the apartment on our last day, the elevator doesn‘t work. So we had to carry our baggage downstairs. It seems like an appartment for party people :) But all in one, it was good!

Spacious room. However, bathroom was infested by mold in the shower. It stank really bad of mold and you had to have bathroom window open. Really noisy from the street (earplugs provided in the welcome kit). No reception so storing luggage is an extra couple of blocks away. Would not recommend that place due to the moldy bathroom

Lägenhetshotell med bra läge

Ett lägenhetshotell med väldigt bra läge i Centro Historico. Snyggt, rent och funktionellt. Ingen städning under vistelsen utan kunde bokas mot en extra kostnad genom appen (allt extra bokas genom appen - parkering, frukost etc) Frukosten var på ett annat ställe så vi skippade den, parkeringen kunde vi inte utnyttja då man inte fick köra ut med bilen under tiden (vi stod i vanliga garaget Parking Alcazaba vilket var ganska dyrt). Högljutt på kvällarna men det får man nog ta när det ligger som det gör.

Lamentablemente las políticas de cancelación son muy estrictas, al realizar la reserva equivoqué el mes y aún cuando lo solicite inmediatamente para el cambio, no hubo respuesta alguna y cuando lo hicieron fue negada mi solicitud; esto se llama abuso ya que existió claramente un error en el objeto de contratación y nadie contrata un hospedaje para no usarlo voluntariamente. Muy decepcionante.

Trevlig vistelse!

Mycket trevligt och centralt boende i Malaga. Överlag väldigt rent och prydligt och smidig kommunikation via en app. Dock funkade inte appen för oss förrän vi befann oss på rummet, vilket gjorde det svårt att exempelvis använda appen som nyckel till rummet. Saknar också diskmaskin på rummet vilket gör att det inte blir högsta betyg! Supertrevlig och mycket hjälpsam personal!

Appartement duplex

Appartement duplex agréable, très bien placé et correctement équipé mais très bruyant (bruit remontant de la rue et climatisations installées sur le toit de l’immeuble). L’isolation phonique à l’intérieur de l’immeuble est très faible. À notre arrivée, un kit de bienvenue est offert (il contient des bouchons d’oreille :/ ).
