We really enjoyed our two nights at the Santa Fe. We were on a motorcycle trip through Baja and this was a great place for a day off (two nights). We seemed to be there off-season, so not all services were humming, but we still felt it was a good experience.

Nice hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was good. Small store on premiss as well. Easy walk to other restaurants and shopping. Bus station was across the street. Pool and hot tub were well maintained, and very nice. Have stayed here three or four times over the past few years and it has always been consistently good.

Great Stay...couple of suggestions

We enjoy our stay at Hotel Santa Fe. Clean rooms, great staff, excellent food. About a mile walk to downtown, no problem though, towns seems very safe. Only complaint Room 107 very noisy since it is next to where the housekeepers (who were great) enter the building for cleaning. Also is was an adjoining room with a paper thin door, could hear every!! going on in the next room. Do not get an adjoining room. We Did Enjoy Our Stay.

WARM AMBIANCE

I was quite satisfied with my stay at Hotel Santa Fee. The property is on the older side and could use some revamping here and there, but I prefer older and not so perfect yet with a warm ambiance to new and slick and cold and impersonal. What makes this Hotel are its employees who are super friendly and service oriented. They are indeed creating a warm family style atmosphere making one feel welcomed. And Secondly, the cleanliness of this establishment is quite impeccable. And I had the very best pizza in a very long time at the Hotel’s restaurant. Thank you Hotel Santa Fee for a very pleasant stay. Muchos Gracias!

Everything was good except there was no window in our room. There was only the sliding glass door onto the public passageway so there was no way to get fresh air.
