Hotel is 10 mins drive to town center and shopping area. Also 10 mins drive to warehouse outlets. Room is somewhat small and dated. Noise from neighbor unit can be heard. Allocated parking lot in the basement. Washing machine and dryer are available. Tip: pay for rooms with a view. Ground floor units have no privacy.

Excellent location, not too far out from Queenstown centre. Spacious rooms with plenty of supplies and equipment. This is not a hotel, so there is no dining room. Instead, for breakfast (if part of your package), you have breakfast delivered to your room and top ups available on demand. Nespresso coffee machine - and a stunning view. You are by the main road, but it’s not obtrusive - indeed handy for buses if you don’t have a car.

We were staying here for honeymoon and was given suite room. The room is overlooking Lake Wakatipu and it is the most beautiful thing ever! The room has complete cooking utilities and utensils. The living area is spacious. It has also separate working area with PC and long desk. Every suite & studio are sharing a private washer and dryer. free of charge!

cozy clean suite

amazingly neat. we did find a dirty pillow but the housekeeping service changed it the next day. the living space is decent and kitchen is good for cooking! 6mins drive (on foot if you like) to town with lots eateries, grocery shopping. friendly service, gave us free bread and chocolate. value for money if you have 4 persons to share the suite. the roads can get quite busy.

Excellent apartment opposite lake

The best accommodation in our 2 weeks NZ trip. It is located opposite Lake Wakatipu, beautiful scenery to wake up to every morning. It is also a 15-20 mins walk to town centre. Amenities provided were up to expectations.

Great stay in Queenstown

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great views. The bedrooms were a good size. The living dining area was very cramped for 4 people. We had to move the sofa so we could all sit at the dining table. The view was lovely and the location was great - walking distance to central Queenstown. There are 2 carparks allocated to each apartment but the owner obviously had their car parked in one of the spaces. Made it a little tight getting in and out of the car. Would have been good if we had been offered a bigger parking space (we had mentioned to reception staff that it was tight to park) - the complex was not full when we were there for the 10 days.

Recommended place to stay in!

Stayed in the one-room apartment. Well furnished and comfortable place with an amazing view of the lake! Staff were friendly, especially Liz who helped us in arranging and booking our activities. The Apartment is a 15mins walk to the shops, restaurants and Skyline but shouldn't be a prob if you are driving or prefer a place which is away from the noise and busyness of the main town.
