Clean and modern

The suite was modern and very clean. I really liked the self service check in, very convenient. I found the need to be very firm, moreso than other hotels where the mattresses are already firmer than I prefer. I also found it a little odd that in all the cabinetry I didn't find a closet or a page to iron and hang clothes. This is probably listed somewhere in the features of the suite but it's something that you just take for granted will be there and not something I thought to confirm before booking.

This is the third Christmas in a row we have stayed and had Christmas with our family and every year it has been fantastic. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to accommodate any requests you may have. we had asked for a couple of extra chairs, they instead upgraded our room to a room with more chairs and table space. at no extra charge. looking forward to our next stay.
