Je suis contente de pouvoir aller à l'encontre des avis que j'avais lus avant de partir. Réception cordiale, calme, cadre admirable, indépendance, propreté. A améliorer: la sécurité dans la salle-de- bain (tapis anti-dérapant dans la baignoire, poignées pour entrer ou sortir de la baignoire), une "option dîner", bien utile parfois, des torchons de cuisine et essuie-mains, un "vrai" plat-à-four. Nous avons vu des gens extérieurs à la résidence venir déposer là leurs poubelles: il faudrait trouver un moyen de les en empêcher, pour éviter que le local se retrouve dans cet état innommable!!! Merci à ceux qui oeuvrent pour que la résidence restent dans son état actuel.

Disappointing

We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty.

Site très sympa, logement propre, piscine agréable cependant attention à ne surtout pas réserver les petits déjeuners proposés par hotels.com car l'établissement n'en propose plus depuis plus de 3 mois mais hotels.com continue de les facturer et remboursement très difficile...

Pas de draps ni serviette qui était prevu mais surtout voisinage non respectueux qui ont ete a la piscine toute la nuit du coup une belle nuit blanche.pas de gardiens donc tout est permis. Sinon pourrais etre sympa .dommage

Halte détente

Halte à Vacancéole pour 2 nuits, détente agréable dans un studio très bien équipé et ou le linge de lit est fourni et de toilette aussi. Accueil des équipes très agréable . Je recommande ce site. Nous avons pu visiter les villes aux alentours et nous avons trouvé des endroits super beaux. Des restaurants ou nous avons bien mangé et ou l'accueil était très chaleureux.

Séjour médiocre

Séjour médiocre, nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit au lieu de 2. Accueil très moyen! Manque d'organisation, et d'information ! Logement vétuste, inconfortable, chambre double avec odeur de tabac. En pleine canicule, pas de clim, ni de ventilateur ! TV (petit écran) payante 7€/ jour !! Logement en rez de chaussée, avec terrasse extérieure mais aucune séparation avec les voisins à 2m de nous. Nous sommes partis dès le lendemain matin.
