Cosy with everything you need under one roof

Had a good stay. We had to checkout of one place and into Apartment K as the previous one was not available. They happily stored our luggage at 8am in the morning as we had a tour at 830am and didnt get back until 8pm. Arrived, checked in and they had sent our luggage to the room and on top of that, all our food had been unpacked and placed into the fridge which was a really nice touch. Intuitive at it's best! Room had everything we needed which is good as we cook every night for dinner and make breakfast as well. Room was clean and nice and warm, although a little warm at night, just didnt know how to turn down the heating as the 2 main heaters in the lounge area were off already. Having a washing machine was great, just didnt dry very well but the apartment is nice and warm so dried in no time. Online and the information sheet in the room says daily housekeeping but it's only every 3rd day which is fine just need to update the documentation on that. Fire alarm went off at 930am one morning as the people next to us burnt while cooking, they were quick in coming around to check that we were all ok. The location is fantastic, easy to get to bus stop 3 literally 5 min walk if that, bonus supernaketet only a 10 min walk up the main street. Would stay here again for sure.

Nice apartment @ Central

My hub & I stayed in Deluxe Studio for 5 nights, warm & clean room facing theatre, we were staying at 2nd floor, there is a pub downstairs, those who wish to try Iocal food & draught beers should give a try, it was quiet on weekdays but noisy over weekends as the pub downstairs tends to be popular, Bonus supermarket, restaurants & coffee shops all within walkable distance, tour pick up/ drop off just outside apartment. Recommended for couples

i am coming back soon.

apartment is really spacious full of kitchen utensils for the mini kitchen. bed was good enough. hotel staff were super good. delighted by the location. truly a touristy area. streets all around full of tourist info shops/places nearby. conveniently placed if you come to Reyjkavik with no itinerary, as you might find spontaneous plans for your holiday in Iceland.

Location is great except that out apartment is about 3 mins walk from the main building which is more convenient. Our rooms didn't have a washing machine which is a pity cos the basement room at the main building which we only stayed for a night had one and was very useful. The staff at reception was very helpful. The only flaw is the the rooms are a bit old and some of the fixtures and futnitures had some wear and tear. The modern feel more than made up for it.

Exceeded expectation

My stay exceeded expectations starting with my arrival at 8.30 when rooms were not ready at appartment K. But one of the staff Salma called up a sister concern called OK Hotel and drove us there in the Icelandic darkness and cold...and helped me book my tours and return pick up for an early morning return flight later met the owner and the Manager and both were extremely helpful, rooms were clean comfortable and location was great...just walking distance from every where.

Good location and unique design

There are a few locations for Apartment K. The one near K bar is uniquely design and centrally located. However, lift access is difficult to use. You need the key to tab, turn the knob and press the button. We met others who have the same issue staying there. Conclusion you need 3 hands in order to operate that and get to your room.

Apartment K rocks!

The apartment we got is one street off of the main street so it was close but away from the noise. Great one bedroom apartment, funkily dressed up and quality appliances. Love it!

Appartamento nel centro di Reykjavík

L’appartamento è nel centro della città. Abbiamo ricevuto le indicazioni per il check-in via mail (va fatto su un iPad collocato all’ingresso della struttura in quanto la reception non ha personale) e in quel frangente ci siamo resi conto che c’era qualcosa che non andava. Avevamo infatti ricevuto un upgrade con cambio della struttura ma ciò non ci era stato comunicato. Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a contattare telefonicamente un dipendente che ci ha informati della modifica. Abbiamo quindi raggiunto la nuova struttura (41 - A Townhouse Hotel), sempre nel centro di Reykjavík, dove abbiamo completato il self check in. Camera luminosa e spaziosa, con angolo cottura. Pulizia poco curata, soprattutto rispetto agli standard trovati in altre strutture islandesi.

Ringede til hotellet en enkelt gang inden ankomst og der var svar med det samme. Kompetent medarbejder. Utrolig let indtjekning på en IPAD. Hotellet lå rigtig centralt og kan kun anbefale det.
