設備普遍較舊，地板多處翹起來。 我們一入住，看到烤麵包機很髒很舊，所以完全沒使用。結果退房後三天，對方竟然指控我們弄壞烤麵包機，要扣deposit CAD95，很離譜！

Muy lindo departamento, bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario, la relación precio y calidad me parecieron excelentes. Y está súper bien ubicado, cerca de transporte público, puedes irte caminando a CN Tower, y hay plazas cerca. Lo único malo es que el Check in es hasta las 4 pm.

It can be an awesome place to stay

Upon my arrival I noticed that the apartment wasn't clean for me to spend the night. I had to contact the agent by Whatsapp messages. Then I had to a different apartment for the night and next day morning I was able to go back to my original apartment. Also I didn't see any shampoo . I had to run to the market to buy one. The next day I was looking a plunger then I saw shampoo and conditioner under the sink inside the cabinet. It should be visible in the bathroom not under the sink inside the cabinet. Otherwise location is good

When I booked the apartment it advertised multiple beds. there was 1 bed. However there was a pull out couch and a very uncomfortable futon and we had to use as we had 4 people. I expected real beds.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in process was super easy and there was very little to do upon check out. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a few blocks to the Rogers Centre and the CN tower. Can’t beat the location and price!!

Excelente departamento en el centro de Toronto

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a 5 cuadras caminando de la CN Tower, está muy bonito, amplio, tiene cocina, lavadora y secadora y ya incluye los jabones. Solamente fue un poco confuso al momento de hacer el check in, pero al seguir las indicaciones que nos enviaron solamente nos tardamos 10 minutos.

NO HEAT!! They sent an email the day of check-in (long past the cancelation period) stating the A/C would be turned off and the heat would nor be turned on until 3 days later. Onlt 3 elevators for 48 floors. When I complained about a party after midnight, the hotel did not know what to do and sent me to walk ti building security for assistance. I cannot believe the price I paid for a weekend of this.

I would have liked to give this stay 5 star. Infact we enjoyed it. However upon returning we received a messaged from them saying they were keeping our damage deposit of 200 dollars and wanted more money because we burned a table outside and left ashes from Smoking on the deck. Firstly we did not use the balcony. And secondly we don’t smoke therefore this is impossible. When I explained this. They told me it had to be us as they take pictures and do inspections after every visit. This place is ridiculous. I am Not providing more money. And Expedia should not promote them
