Room was plenty big four our family of 5. Had a nice pool with an amazing view of the coast. Parking was included in the properties own lot. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.!!!!

Amazing Location In Cavtat

Amazing location with beautiful views. Pool was lovely - accommodation immaculate and excellent A/C. Walk from Cavtat not easy.

We really enjoyed our stay and a great host to go with it! We stayed on the bottom floor in a really lovely, spacious apartment with a great view. The walk down to the centre doesn’t take long but it is a bit of a hill so I would take that into consideration accessibility wise, especially on the walk back up. We would definitely stay here again we really enjoyed it and the pool area was really nice and peaceful! Residence Delta should definitely be top of your list to stay in Cavtat!

Good apartment not too far from the town centre. The host was excellent and friendly. Only downside is the place is located up quite a steep hill from the coast.

Beautiful spot with spectacular views of the sea, bit of a walk with luggage from Cavtat but well worth it! Pool was sadly not open during the stay, was being power washed.

Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. Quiet and serene. Taxi readily available for short to market and nice restaurant at the marina. Host was very accommodating. Easy access to DBV airport only 10 minutes away.

The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Fairly new. Location was awesome with the perfect view (and sunsets). Large patio. Beautiful pool. But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order. Staff was quick to respond to requests.

Lovely place

Lovely clean and fresh. Stayed overnight with 3 friends before getting a connecting flight back to Gatwick. 10 minute downhill walk to the harbour , a taxi trip back up . Would definitely recommend

Loved the beautiful sea view from the room. Quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood and quaint town. Only issue was Expedia made it difficult to get a hold of the owner when checking in. We were a bit confused but eventually Peter showed up to let us in. Great from there on out.

Wow. Pool overlooking the Adriatic - great clean quiet suite. The short walk down the hill to the waterfront with restaurants and an amazing walking trail along the water! Recommend moving hotels on your last night before flying out of Dubrovnik to this one and enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway vs the crowds in the city...6 min taxi to airport

Really lovely quiet self catering apartment. We stayed for 10 days. The apartment is well equipped, pool area is relaxing, balcony views are exceptional. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Cavtat, it is an uphill walk for the return journey which may not suit everyone, but was no problem for us. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away which is super handy.

The view was awesome. Having breakfast every day with the view was really really nice. Communication was very easy and forthcoming, our flight got delayed and we asked if we could stay like one more hour and of course we could. You were able to get to old town in a 20 min walk. Area was pretty chill at night. Everything was awesome! When you needed something like towels or refills like that you could get new ones no worries. Overall very clean!

Great view, lacking facilities, over-priced

We stayed in the studio unit which has a great sea view with large balcony. The unit itself is looking a little tired and could do with a revamp. The entrance is underwhelming. We chose this unit to have the option to use the cooking facilities, however, despite having a cooktop there were no pots, pans, plates etc to have the option to have dinner at home. There was a microwave but no dishes to use in it. Lots of empty cupboards. No soap or shampoo provided, except for one soap dispenser on bathroom sink.
