the place is safe and near the station. It is not right next to the station but close enough you can walk to in about 4 min. it is also within walking distance to the Queens gate of the kensington garden and Hyde park. Gloucester station is also located on the circle loop and district line which are the lines to most of the attractions in London. very convenient. Halal wingstop at the station. convenient grocery store at the station.

Comfortable, clean and safe. Laundry options on-site. Good location in South Kensington and easy access to connect into central London. Left luggage facilty makes this address a practical option if you have other travel plans. Very experienced hospitality team.

Service is average. Room cleaniness is good.

Room is clean, location not very near to the tube station but still walkable distance. Service is average because encountered smoke at the room corridor due to other guest room caught fire. Lift will not be able to use after issue resolved for safety purpose which can be understand. But during that time, I need to check out and my luggage is still at upper floor. Impossible ask guest to ownself carry the heavy luggage down. Guest have to chase after the staffs to get help to carry the luggage. Moreover, one of the staff do not want to help to carry even it is his job. Lucky there is another staff who is kind to help.

Outstanding hotel @ Central

My hub & I stayed in a Studio for 4 nights, everything was good, clean & quiet room facing back of the street, bout 5-8mins walks to Gloucester underground, few supermarkets nearby (tesco express /waitrose /sainsbury) as well as coffee shops & restaurants. About 15 mins walk to museums. Will definitely stay here again.

Front desk Enrica was very helpful and nothing is too much for her. The complimentary hot drinks at the lobby is a welcome treat especially in the cold winter.

London short stay

It's the second time I been staying in this apartment and I can say am very satisfied with the service etc. if not I wldnt be choosing this apartment again for this short stay in London. Free coffee, nearby Starbucks, Pauls, Tesco, KFC and 3 mins walk to Gloucester Tube station. What's more can you ask for!

Time to renovate!

The rooms were quite small and the bathroom was very cramped with no space to even hang the towels. The worst thing about the rooms were the sunken beds. The main beds had a depression in the middle of the mattress. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable as you end up lying on the steel frame and support. These metal pieces could easily be felt through the thin mattress causing great discomfort.

Nice little apartment hotel

The room is big enough. It was clean and quite well equipped. Location was quite good as well. 5 min walk from Gloucester road tube station.

Although we enjoyed our family stay in this hotel well located in South Kent, I think there is room for improvement especially for the price paid. No nespresso machine in the unit ( coffe machine available in the lobby but was out of order..) no free cleaning for our 3 nights stay, sofa bed dated not comfortable and noisy. You might also hear some noise coming from the other rooms.
