Exactly what I was expecting. Convenient for Leeds City Centre. Only criticism, the shop and restaurant either side have identical front doors, and yes, I did enter both by mistake!

I stayed to visit my daughter. The room was very clean although the bed was well used. The apartment style is really good Reception staff were nice. One in particular took time to chat and was very friendly.

More than I expected

Hotel was well positioned for shops and nightlife. Maybe a little noisy with window open but it didn’t bother me. Room was very large, kitchen had everything in it but we didn’t use it. Reception let us in on arrival as we were early so we could go out to shop. Main bedroom bed was huge, too big for the room as we couldn’t shut the door. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

Nice stay here but building site next door and windows not very sound proof. Limited cooking facilities as the frying pan was tiny. Would stay at rooomz again but not this location. Too noisy.

Perfect Stay

We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds.

Nice people here

Really great reception staff. Really friendly and helpful. Great rooms, unfortunately they're building next to the hotel so the morning was a little disturbed but everything within their control was great.
