Great stay

Great apartment in the heart of syntagma. Clean, great service. Water and beers were a very nice surprise. Add some instructions for air conditioning. Beds comfortable. Bathroom very small.

Nice place

The property was excellent! Clean. Good location. goid condition. In the Kitchen - if there will be more accessories, it will be awesome. The check in instructions can be easier if they will add fotos of the code pad and how to operate it.

Perfect

Great location and good not to have keys with having pin locks. Apartment very clean and easy to relax. Very good sleep. Only criticism I would have are cooking utensils are very basic but I’d definitely stay again in one of the apartments

The room is not big but it was enough for me. The AC was working well which is important in Athens in July. There are cup plates and cuttlery. There is a fridge. Everything was good. The location is great. Easy to get to from the Airport by Metro line 3 and bus x95. Ermou street and Monastiraki Square are a few minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants cafés bars and supermarkets around.

After sleeping in the property we got a lot of bites on our body We thought that might be mosquitos But after two days we doscovered it is something from the bed We discussed it with management and sent us a lady that changed the bed and a man of pest control that said that their is nothg but still we got bitten many times we heightened sleeping in that room amd we will never do it again

Brilliant location but not easy to find. Directions not very precise and I knew the area in Athens well. Likewise entry codes, not specific enough details. Did not mention after entering the numbers you then had to press hash key. Yes it was lit up but the whole pad was. Good thing we were not easily thwarted. The apartment itself was great. Very modern setting. Met our needs for location and self catering. Would recommend.

In accordance with our reservation, we expected to gain access to our apartment at 3 p.m. However, upon our arrival, we encountered issues with the entry codes, resulting in us waiting outside on the road until 4:30 p.m. During this time, we observed that the staff was cleaning the three apartments. Despite paying for apartment 4.2, we were given apartment 2.3, which was smaller, and we did not receive a refund for the price difference. Furthermore, instead of receiving an apology for the inconvenience caused, we were met with a very hostile attitude from the staff.

The location was excellent and Amenities was very good but sadly the one thing wrong with this place and some would consider it important is the fact that they allow street concerts to take place right outside on the street outside the building. This could be any night of the week and it goes on till very late and the music is like it's in your room. If you're a young person who wants to enjoy the concert it's all good but if you want to sleep at night this is a problem.

The check in process and communication with the host / property management was too complicated and slow. It was too annoyed trying to communicate with them and feeling that you are trying to communicate with a robot !!

We ordered a cot for our kid. They provide us with a cot but it couldn't placed next to our bed. We contacted the property to provide is with an apartment that should be easy to place the cot next to us. They gave us with the option to go to another location if theirs, after 5 hours of hustle, and to charge us additional money insteadof havingthe decency to bear the cost. The elevator could not fit the stroller and we had to take shifts with my wife in order to fit in. One of us to carry the kid and the other to curry the stroller. For a single parent it would have been a total nightmare. The service is by far the worst i seen in all my travels to various cities and countries.

The property is a 5 minute walk from Syntagma Metro station. A 5 minute walk to Manastraki square and a very central location that is easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. You get digital keys and the front door code is a problem as it changes. We had to get in touch via WhatsApp to get a new code. But communication was reasonably quick and they help to quite well. You do get some noise at night due to nightclubs nearby, but nothing that bothered me too much. Overall, a good place to stay. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel is located in front of nightclubs and bars. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and it was impossible to rest and sleep for 3 days. The party starts at midnight and ends around 6 am. I think there should be more clarity about the location of the hotel. Yes it is true that it is close to Syntagma square which is a good location; but if it is important for you to be able to rest after a long day don't ever stay in that hotel

La propiedad muy bien, para dos personas bien, aunque estaba muy pequeño, cumplió el objetivo, sin embargo, el ruido por las noches no nos dejaba dormir, ya que en frente había como tipo discoteca o algún lugar de eventos donde salía la gente a las 2 hasta las 5 am haciendo mucho ruido.

Adgangskoden til lejligheden virkede ikke - fik hjælp af rengøring og vi fik en nøgle i stedet, så det var ok - men hvad nu, hvis der ikke havde været rengøring i huset? Altandøren kunne ikke låses. Glad for at vi var på 5. sal, da der er meget fest og diskotek i gaden. Alt andet var fremragende - kommer gerne igen
