Very friendly staff. I felt very welcome to the hotel every time I got there or I was there (spent 5 days there). The street is very busy so most on the rooms are noisy.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a serious issue with the air conditioning in my room. It was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There was no technician available during my stay, so the problem could not be resolved, which was really disappointing. As a result, I was not able to enjoy my time there as much as I had hoped.
