bed is comfortable, room is big however the bathroom condition is not pleasant. Even though come with long bath, the whole floor will be flooded after shower due to the techinical part of the longbath installation that will lead the water to flow to the floor. It is rather dangerous as it is very slippery after shower and the water will not dry up as the floor gradient does not allow the water to flow. It was quite a messy experience for a hotel. Even though we had informed the house keeping, nothing much can be done. Otherwise room is nice. Walk is about 7 mins to Nana station from hotel.

Splendid accommodation

We stayed in December 2024 and was very impressed with the accommodation and attentiveness of the staff. We therefore booked the hotel again in February for 9 nights and will be booking again in June.

Nice Property. I will stay again. Only issues the washer/dryer did not work. They replaced it with another used one but that one also he dryer did not work. I thought all rooms had had shower/tub combo but not so. Only some rooms had them. I like to use tub every 3rd day to really cleans myself.

Deal Breaker

The PARKROYAL Suites - one bedroom suite is very spacious and lots of room for your liking. It fairly modern that comes with two large TVs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The good thing is it has a washer/drying so you can clean all your dirty laundry. The air conditioners looks brand new and works extremely well if you like your hotel room ice cold when sleeping. The area of this hotel/apartment suite is convenient and walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping with a staff that is also very friendly and will assist all your needs. However, unfortunately the room they gave me had a musty stale, mouldy, & damp smell - to include the water coming out of the shower to only have luke warm water which would be a deal breaker for those who like hot showers or fresh pleasant smell when they enter a room.
