Very Nice & brand new Hotel

The hotel is very new & have very nice room & bed. location is very convenient to City & walking distance for shopping. You will not regret during your stay here. !!! Looking forward to come back again to Melbourne to stay here.

Good hotel, location, staff. 'cept b/r cleaning!

This is a great hotel in terms of design, room style, comfort, amenities. Even staff are friendly. Great location right beside the trams into city and down to happening neighborhoods. The concierge desk almost always empty though - so had to resort to asking directions from front desk staff and that was hit/miss. The one bothering thing was how the housecleaning staff cleaned (or didn't clean!) the bathroom! Very superficial/cosmetic as if they are rushing. When I checked in, there was pieces of gunk in the sunk (underneath the stopper), and in the shower, that never was taken away until my last day even ! When I actually asked them to clean it, they insisted they had already...

Very well designed studio room. Very quiet. Restaurant serves an awesome breakfast & coffee. Would like to see a dedicated elevator for the hotel staff. It could be a long wait when the housekeeping staff was going to their floors w/ the carts. More hooks & towel racks needed in the bathroom if you’re participating in the towel reuse program.

There was no parking available and if it was the car could not be moved once parked. The area does not have adequate parking upon arrival told car park is full find something yourself. Poor service hotel is tired and noisy as room was next to a sports field and residential apartments

Property was great. We stayed new years and the hotel was full and an elevator was down and couldnt be repaired due to no fault of the hotel. The staff did the very best they could and even though the hotel was overwhelmed we still managed to get checked in early and a late check out. Loved the lolly station in the lobby and the balcony on the room. Gorgeous hotel.
