The staff was eager to remedy any deficiency after being approached. The bathroom has seen its best years. Toilet yellow, shower head splashes, no power for the hairdryer. For breakfast you have to go through a dark corridor (not lit) to the dining room. There is a lot of mould on the walls above the egg cooker. The cooker itself was not cleaned during the days. There were no eggs anyway. If you arrive for lunch, be sure to check the email. Everything is limited to the minimum.

Séjour peu agréable

Arrivée durant le weekend, pas d'accueil ouvert. Carte non fonctionnelle et service d'astreinte difficile à joindre. Chambre agréable et bien équipée. Quartier peu sûr, voiture fracturée durant la nuit.

L’hôtel semble se faire un peu vieux, mais il est très propre, climatisé et bien situé! J’aime beaucoup y être et me promener dans ses environs. Je n’ai pas vu la réception ouverte de la fin de semaine, et ça m’a surprise, mais sinon quand les employés sont là ils sont très professionnels!

Couloirs et ascenseur bien dégradés. La salle du petit déjeuner en travaux, les petit déjeuner étaient servi dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner servi avec 20 min de retard. Je suis parti en retard au travail. J'avais demandé un chocolat chaud, j'ai eu un café, je ne bois pas de café. Petit déjeuner servi dans un sac plastique type sac poubelle.

Appart’Hotel correct

Hôtel avec des signes d’usure qui mérite un rafraîchissement. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. L’accueil est ouvert seulement dans la journée ; vu mes contraintes je n’ai rencontré aucun personnel de l’hôtel. Les 8&9 janvier, le couloir du 4ème étage mérite au minimum un passage d’aspirateur. Du mobilier de cuisine abîmé chambre 402 (porte sous l’évier absente). Isolation phonique insuffisante : de la chambre 402 on entend les bruits venant de la 403.

Jamais eu de chambre d'hôtel cumulant autant de points négatifs. Porte de placard qui tombe quand on ouvre, barre de douche qui reste dans la main quand on règle la hauteur du pommeau, absence de télécommande télévision le 1er soir, frigo host service, miroir salle de bain qui éclaire a moitié, système de chauffage bruyant..... Mes remarques ont été accueillies sans beaucoup d'attention ni d'amabilité même si j'ai trouvé un frigo neuf et une mini bouilloire le soir.....et une sucette , je suppose en guise de dédommagement. Dommage, j'ai passé l'âge d'apprécier.

Sejour désastreux. Pas d’eau chaude, luminaires qui ne fonctionnent pas, odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Les appartements ne sont pas du tout entretenu. Les notes ne correspondent pas du tout à la situation réelle : 8/10 !!! L’équipe qui gère le bien essaie de faire du mieux qu’ils peuvent.

最初は、自分がフランスの生活に不慣れなこともあり、調理器具などの汚れ、破損に多少戸惑いましたが(洗うか買うかしました)、長く滞在しているうちに、慣れてくるととても快適に感じられました。 冷蔵庫が水漏れしていましたが、対応は親切で、すぐ新品と交換してもらえました。とにかく相談してみることが大切なのだと思います。 トラムの駅が目の前にあり便利でした。

Clim non fonctionnel, store bloquée (et balcons qui communiquent entre les chambres), ascenseurs en panne, personnel qui n'a aucune possibilités d'action pour résoudre les situations. En conclusion : nuit détestable dans une fournaise !

Nombreux vols dans les voitures sur le parking de l'hôtel. Des affiches dans l'hôtel le signale. La nuit ou on y a dormi, en pus de la notre, au moins 3 voiture se sont fait visitées, vu les bris de vitre au sol le matin.

Avis appart hôtel Grenoble

Agréable séjour. Les échanges par téléphone et mail très sympathiques et efficaces. Ils ont accepté que j’annule sans frais l’une des 2 chambres que j’avais réservées. En revanche il n’y a pas d’accueil le week-end donc on reçoit des codes pour accéder à sa chambre et on part sans voir personne. C’est un peu impersonnel. A part cela l’appart hôtel est beaucoup plus confortable et décoré que d’autres appart hôtels que j’ai connus.

Appart Hotel a faire sans aucun doute

Pour Ma Part très correct avec en plus la salle de Fitness ayant voulu tester mais trop l'Habitude de l'Hotel avec des chambre spacieuse, je regrette juste le parking non clôturé en centre ville cela devrait être de rigueur
