The location was absolutely fantastic and the room was large. The one thing I didnt like as much is the shower and I think we were missing hand soap in our room. Overall I loved the stay.

Property is a perfect place for its value. Great proximity to the Eulji Univ. Hospital, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as convenience stores. Staff are super helpful too.

Good location in the downtown. Lot of restaurants and stores around. Helpful staff. Pictures are pretty better than in real. Shower with the toilet. No cleaning or warer in the room in 4 nights. Cramped room.

The bathroom would smell pretty bad. Room is smaller than property pictures. Location is great and price is unbeatable. Still I would not stay at this place again due to the poor condition of the property.

The receptionist was friendly. There is a kitchen but no kitchenware. There was even a washing machine in the room; this was handy. The mattress is hard and the plastic protection sheet did not feel comfortable. The rest was fine (but not particularly clean). Maybe the best thing was the low price.

An excellent little property! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the rooftop deck needs a lot of work, but the studio apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and handily equipped with an induction stovetop (you can borrow all sorts of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans downstairs) and washing machine (there are communal dryers upstairs). The wet room design (nothing separating the shower from the toilet) may not be convenient for some but is fairly common in the country, so be ready to adapt to that. Internet was blazingly fast at 80-100mbps up and down. From the hotel, the big emart hypermart is a convenient 5 mins away, the upmarket timezone mall just a fraction further, and there are plenty of local and international food options nearby. All in all, good value and a great stay!

실내 환기가 잘 안 된건지 카페트가 없는 방임에도 퀴퀴한 냄새가 심해서 방을 교체해달라고 요청드렸습니다. 친절하게 방을 바꿔주셨지만 정도가 조금 덜할 뿐 불쾌하고 텁텁한 냄새는 여전했습니다.. 같이 간 친구도 동의했던 부분이라 이 부분은 신경을 써주셔야 하지 않을까 해요. 창문 열어놓고 에어컨을 세게 틀어서 겨우 냄새를 좀 빼내고 잠을 청했습니다. 주변에 먹거리 놀거리도 많고 다른 부분은 괜찮았어요.
