Great Location.

Beautiful Property. The apartments were a good size and had everything we needed. The pool was very relaxing and refreshing. It’s in a great location. Easy to grab taxis and close to many shops, restaurants, clubs, and beach. The staff were very helpful and nice. Our friends had a great time for our first time in Ibiza celebrating.

When I got injury in the room, bang my forehead coming downstairs in the suite. ( low staircase, no sign, multiple time by me and my guest. All the staff can say, but it a very nice room. not even are you OK, would you like something for that. Poor service and no consideration. I even email them same response, but the room was good no.

Very nice hotel centrally located in Bossa. Great if you're traveling with a group as they have multi bedroom accommodations. Be aware, if you're trying to have friends back at your place after the club, the front desk will try to charge you €80 per guest, which is absolutely ridiculous. That's really the only negative thing I have to say about the place.

I had a jr suite. There was shampoo, but no conditioner and no body lotion, which is normally offered in four-star properties. The kitchen was equipped but did not have a dish cloth to wipe the counters and couple of days. We were missing a dish towel. The one thing that was very annoying was we had to pay one euro to get a clean beach towel. Even the one euro is not a lot of money. It’s the principle behind it if you’re going to charge C$600 or €400 per night you could supply towels for free. Finally, we were only given two small bottles of water. The first day we arrived and we were there for four days so we had to go and purchase our water every single day. I’ve been travelling to Spain for the last four weeks and state at various hotels and Airbnb‘s and never did I have to provide water. It’s a beautiful property, but they lack and providing amenities that could take them to the next level.

It was a nice hotel and location was good. The staff were abnormally strict and charges 80 euros for any visitors. The reception staff were very unreasonable and unfair and for the price we paid I can say confidently there would be a lot better options on the island if you are here with a group of friends.

Great location.

The property and room was very clean. Nice swimming pool and gym. The rooms are big. The only issue is communication with the front desk with information about the property not knowing when the gym, pool, closed. We noticed they showed other people checking in around the property however we were just taken to our room and that was it. When asking to the one gentleman we felt brushed off. Great place but not the friendliest front desk.

Nothing like it was advertised- very disappointing

There were four things that attracted us to this hotel over others nearby: the spa, the hot tubs in the pool are, transportation to airport included, and walking distance to the beach. The only true statement in the listing was proximity to the beach. The spa was closed, the "hot tubs" were two ice cold mini pools, and there was no transportation to the airport. The room itself was ok but we were highly disappointed. Would never stay there again or recommend it.

The property is beautiful, but the property is offering things on the website and descriptions that are not offered once you are checked in. The bed was awful, we did not get a queen bed as described (1 Double bed in Expedia amenities ) but 2 terrible twin beds that were splitting during the entire night, we did not get a terrace or balcony as described on Expedia amenities under (outdoor space). The room did not have an iron and you have to pay 15 USD to get one. They expressed they have only 4 irons for the whole hotel which has 100 rooms, I have always found an iron for a room, even in 3 stars hotels. I would suggest property managers not lie about their amenities and communicate with their clients with honesty. For these reasons i would not recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives visiting IBIZA.

Very Overpriced - wouldn’t recommend

The staff are the only thing that is good about this hotel, other than that we were incredibly disappointed. We booked 1 x Junior Suite and 1 x 2 Bedroom Suite. The photos on the website match the design of the rooms and hotel however this hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced for what it is. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear your neighbours conversations and other activities… Also the description of “suite” is misleading. The junior suites do not come with balconies, and the two bedroom apartment with sofa bed is sharing a singular bathroom that is smaller than the bathroom in the one bedroom junior suite, which is already very small. The AC units are very noisy also. They also make you wear wristbands as your access keys which we felt wasn’t ideal at all. It is a pretty looking hotel but honestly it is way, way overpriced. We were all extremely disappointed and found much nicer places for much cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend staying here due to the price versus value. The only credit is the staff at the hotel who were amazing.

The hotel was very nice, with a friendly and helpful staff, and we really enjoyed the pool area. The food and drinks at the restaurant were quite expensive, but they tasted very good. Unfortunately, the rooms were very poorly soundproofed. Street noise and sounds from the neighboring rooms were clearly audible and quite disturbing at night. The staff did try to help, but unfortunately there wasn’t much they could do about it.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sowie die Küche sind sehr sauber. Die Clubs sind in etwa 7–8 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der Strand nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Amazing stay! The staff was very attentive, kind, and courteous. We experienced a user error with the air conditioning and they had someone come over and explain to us how they are operated via motion sensors. The suites are gorgeous and the supermarket is such a convenient option as well. We were bummed that we did not partake in the amenities such as the gym and pool, as well as the Michelin awarded restaurant, but we look forward to returning here and cannot recommend this place enough!

O hotel é mto limpo e bem localizado. quarto confortável. O staff é mto solícito em especial o funcionário Max que é muito gentil. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é que o café da manhã começa às 8:30 h e poderia ser um pouco mais cedo.
