Not the easiest check in.

Key pick up was about 1 km away from the apartment. Although an email was sent on the check in day, indicating key was ready for pick up, the key box would not open until 3pm. It would be helpful if that information is clearly communicated. The key pick up box is not directly in front of the address given. Photos provided did not include the apartment rented. Balcony door, accessible to other units, would not lock.

Good Accommodation Once You Get There!

Good accommodation with plenty of facilities i a nice area. Getting information of where it was took some time dur to the way the company provide check in details once you're in Bergen.

It was a nice accommodations clean and comfortable. Great location close to downtown and all the attractions. Lacked some of the amenities normally available. Bath soap, tissues, More towels for the kitchen or paper towels, only one dishwasher tab just as examples. The main issue was the temperature in the bedroom and bathroom. 30DegC when we arrived and despite opening window to cool with 12,DegC air lowest we could get it was 25 degC.

Great spacious clean apartment in a nice area . Only downside is you don't know the exact address at the time of booking just the area. The building was on a main round about . Our apartment faced the road which was very noisy with traffic and late night party goers, making sleeping difficult.

Fin leilighet ved Bakke bru.

Veldig sentral og fin leilighet i Trondheim sentrum, nær Bakke bru. Leiligheten inneholdt alt vi trengte, inkl. toalettpapir, oppvasktabletter og kapsler til vaskemaskin. Vaskemaskinen var en kombimaskin - både vaskemaskin og tørketrommel - av god Samsung-kvalitet. Sluket i vasken på badet var nesten tett, men dette er rapportert inn og blir sannsynligvis rettet opp i. Søndagsåpen Bunnpris 100m fra leiligheten! Alt i alt et flott sted å være til i underkant av 1000kr døgnet.

Ej handikapp vänligt!

Det var inte handikapp vänligt när det gällde att ta sig in till byggnaden, Tunga dörrar att ta sig igenom när man skulle till hissen. Hög tröskel till badrummet, väldigt trångt sovrum. I övrigt väldigt rent och fräscht.
