Great stay

Furniture was a little old, but it was a comfortable stay. Very convenient to amenities, food and groceries. Seamless checkin and checkout (we arrived after reception closed and left before it opened).

Location was right smack in sandy bay. Woolies and Coles within 3min walking distance. Check in was a breeze, took me less than 5mins and I got the keys to my cottage. From the exterior the cottage looks old but the interior was very cozy and nice.

They dont make your bed or replenish toiletries everyday. Can request toiletries from reception. Water heater is not on 24h.

An Average Self-Contained Apartment

The location of this apartment is slightly away from the Sandy Bay main street. There were many restaurants along the Sandy Bay, which is within the walking distance from the apartment. This was 4 storey walk-up apartment. We had some difficulty to carry our heavy and big lugguages to 4th storey. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Portable heaters were provided in the rooms but we could not find the suitable power point. There was a power point in the ceiling of master bedroom but the cable of the heater was too short to reach it. WIFI was provided free of charge.The apartment did not provide shampoo and kitchen towel. No bath towels were changed on the 2nd stay.Check-out time was 10 am, which is a bit early.

Generally ok, but very troublesome with the luggages, we were assigned to the highest floor and we had to carry all our luggages up via the staircase. My daughter broke the handle of one of the luggage as she could not lift and walk easily.

Excellent short term stay in quiet location

Booked the hotel because of its proximity to the private hospital, being close to the city, and the apartments being in a quiet area. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. The apartment we stayed in did not have air conditioning which, in summer, would have been great. There was a fan in the room which worked incredibly well and very powerful. That definitely helped. A couple of small negatives - there were no electrical outlets on the left side of the bed. So we did go out and buy an extension cord so we could use electrical items, such as a CPAP machine, on that side of the bed. Other very minor issue was there was no hook to hang the hand towel in the bathroom. There were hooks to hang towels etc but no rail or hook beside sink/bench. Overall though, a lovely stay in a nice quiet area, onsite parking, friendly staff, apartments were easy to find. Can't ask for much morre

We found the property close by to all that we needed. It was quiet and had ample parking. The room itself was spacious but the channels on the TV were minimal. We found the crockery wasn't very clean, and the bathroom had lots of hair on the tiles. The girl on the reception was lovely and very friendly.

We stayed 2 nights in a studio apartment. They had great communication before we got there, and check in and check out were made simple. Their staff were quite lovely. The room was clean and well appointment, with what we needed for our stay. The electric blankets on the bed were a real help, highlight, and novelty (coming from someone living in a hotter climate). There are laundry facilities on site, which was really helpful. Parking is free and easy to access. The apartments are situated in a quiet suburb of Hobart, close to a supermarket, great cafes, and fuel station. We would happily stay here again.

Comfy bed, renovated bathroom, old style furniture ( leather chesterfield couch) that gave this room personality. This place is walking distance to eating out, the wharf and necessities. Great to have the oil heater on when we arrived. Great staff too
