The guesthouse was very clean and loved the location. Very close to the barbican but very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Ideally placed near the Hoe & Barbican. Very clean, comfortable & excellent breakfast. Parking is limited however Rob & Sue text me asking if I needed a permit & arranged one for when I arrived. Rob even kept an eye out for a space & parked his own car there to keep it until I got there.

Great location

Nice place, location is excellent. Breakfast range was decent, service was good. Can be a bit noisy with motorbikes & traffic at night even though it is set back. Room was a little small but overall a decent place to stay.

Perfect stay

Perfect little stay, location was fantastic, service fantastic, rob and sue were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If I was to go back to Plymouth I would stay here again.

Very pleasent ,very clean lots to do in the area.the presentation was 100 percent. Would defo stay here again. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Fresh breakfast cooked when ordered.
