Good location

It is in a very good location surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room is in higher floor so my view is quite nice. The room is spacious and has a smart TV. But unfortunately I found an empty alcohol bottle and used paper cup under the bed which scared me.

A modern residence with simple elegance design situated at a pedestrian walking streets. The location is extremely convenient : u can find great variety of restaurants or shops within 5 minutes walking and airport is 5 minutes driving away. Everything is so good except that hot water flow is slow due to inadequate water pressure.

시설 깨끗하고 위치도 시트가 엄청 깨끗합니다. 주변에 먹거리 많고요. 첵크인 첵크아웃이 비대면 방식인데 불편한부분도 있지만 편한부분도 있습니다.

올레길 걷기위해 8박함. 주변 먹거리 충부하고, 이동하기에 최적임. 다만, 11월인데도 모기가 어디에선가 매일 들어와 고생했음. 침대시트, 바닥, 화장실 모두 청결. 체크인은 카톡으로 호실, 비번 알려줌. 체크아웃은 그냥 나가면 됨.

공항 인근 가성비 좋은 깨끗한 레지던스 호텔

항공기 결항으로 갑작스럽게 공항인근 호텔을 검색하여 묵게 되었습니다. 호텔에서 공항이 보일만큼 가까워 택시를 안타도 이용할 노선 버스가 많고, 레지던스 호텔이라 일반 호텔과는 제공 용품이 다르지만 아주 깨끗하고 한달살이 할 정도로 필요한 살림살이가 다 갖춰져 있습니다. 무엇보다 저렴한 비용으로 가정비 좋은 곳입니다.

침구 상태가 별로였습니다 베개도 이불도 쿠션이 없음 이불과 베개 시트도 깔끔한 느낌이 없었어요 좁기도 한데 수건 상태도 낡음 찝찝함 구석구석에 청소가 깔끔하지 않음 곰팡이도 있고 물도 3박 했는데 딱 두개 주네요 그 가격이면 다음에는 매일 청소도 시트도 물도 보충되는 호텔을 이용할 것 같아요

leftover tissue on the top toilet shelf, please be more careful. All in all a pleasant stay, comfortable beds and mostly clean aside from the toilet. Notice for the passcode could be more clear, that it's for keying in on the door itself rather than the level 1 keypad (not sure what that's for); fortunately the guard(?) on duty mangaed to convey in very basic english what I should do. Nice location and plenty of food and shopping options around. But, many were closed when I was there though, not sure if it's the timing Overall, will go back.

시설 깨끗하고 냄새 전혀 없으며 다 좋은데 주방에 과도와 가위 정도는 있엇으면 최고, 한가지 더 비데 없음. 그래도 넘 좋은 점은 인정, 주변 차 없은 거리 먹거리 풍부하고 바로앞 무료 공영주차장이 있어 펠리... 주차 편했고 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 예약하고픈 레지던스임/

깨끗햇지만 아쉬움이 있는 곳

제가 느낀 장점 숙소는 좁지만 깨끗한 편입니다. 청소 상태는 방마다 조금씩 차이를 보이는 것 같지만 눈으로 보기엔 말끔해 보였네요. 누웨마루(?)에 바로 있어서 밤에 술 관련 먹거리 찾기는 어렵지 않습니다. 다만 애들을 대상으로 한 음식점은 부족해 보였습니다. 그리고 옥상 루프탑은 도심 속에서 시원함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 날이 좋으면 한라산도 잘 보이고, 공항과 바다가 보입니다. 제가 느낀 단점 다만 주차장 쪽으로 배정받는 순간 다양한 아쉬움이 생깁니다. 먼저 오토바이 소리가 밤에 많이 들립니다. 예민하신 분은 거슬릴 듯. 무엇보다 올려놓은 사진같은 뷰는 가졌겠거니 했는데... 넓은 창에 가득한 주차장과 건너편 건물에 사생활에 노출된 기분이 들게 하고, 실제로 멀리서도 방안이 훤히 들여다보입니다. 그래서 커튼을 치면 공간이 작아 답답하고요. 뒷자리 5-8번 방은 모두 그럴 가능성이 높고, 층이 낮을수록 더 불편해지는 것 같습니다. 밤에 잠만 자면 생기지 않을 불편이겠지만 큰 창이 도리어 불편했습니다. 그리고 물을 냉장고에 2병 넣어주셨는데 이후에는 사서 먹으라고 합니다. 연박을 한다고 할인되는 것도 아니고, 물값이 비싼 것도 아닌데 여유있게 대응해주시면 어떨지도 생각해 봤습니다. 한가지 덧붙이자면 이곳이 성형외과 수술자를 타겟으로 한 면도 있어서인지 수술받은 환자들을 엘리베이터에서 마주치게 됩니다. 저는 조금 놀랐습니다. 마스크도 없이 온가족이 오르락 내리락 거리는 외국인들 때문에 조금은 불편했죠.

아침 해먹는 호텔

호텔에 주방시설이 추가된 레지던스로서 잘 활용하면 좋을수도 있겠지만 주방시설이라고 냄비 하나, 요리하면 달라 붙는 후라이펜, 그릇, 접시, 수저,포크 이인분씩이 전부. 조리를 해 먹으려면 모든 양념을 다 준비해야함. 식용유까지. 연박인 경우 수건은 매일 투숙객이 받으러 가야 하고, 물은 처음 준 것이 전부임. 근무시간 내 가야 함. 늦으면 수건 없음. 오일 연박에 물은 사먹었음. 그래도 불이 있어서 아침은 간편식을 조리해 먹음.
