Walking distance to the bus terminal and supermarket. Bus to venice is just right outside the apartment. Spacious with kitchen. The only displeasure is that the towel provided is not cleaned. Found dirt and hair on it.

We rented it for the convenience of the kitchen but the microwave oven didn't work, they said they would send maintenance out the next day, only to be told it didn't work. The bathroom had a leak and it smelled horrible. They offer a laundry room that was not useful either.

The hotel is very good, simple and moderne. Not so far from Venise and the area has many commodities. The room was good, maybe it needs to be cleaner in some areas and it’s unfortunate that some things are messing as a sponge to washing up but overall it’s great.

All ypu need for a trip to Venice

Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't).
