普通以下のホテル

9月に4泊しました。湖の畔の比較的大きなホテルです。私たちの部屋はせっかくの湖も見えず、バスタブも無く最悪のところでした。口コミでは比較的評判が良かったので4泊もしたのですが、ガッカリでした。朝ご飯も毎日同じパターンでおすすめできません。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切です。値段の割に評価は低いホテルでした。次は絶対泊まらないと思います。

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hohem Komfort.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ufer des Wörthersee`s, die Zimmer und Suiten sind großzügig, und geschmackvoll. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Seeblick im 3. Stock. Es lohnt sich unbedingt ein Arrangement mit Seeblick zu buchen. (Der Parkblick schaut auf den Parkplatz). Das Spa bietet unterschiedliche Saunen, Dampfbad und Möglichkeiten der kosmetischen Behandlung. Das Frühstück ist hochwertig mit vielen unterschiedliche frischen Früchten, Gebäck und Eierspeisen. Es wird teilweise am Tisch serviert. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Speiseraum bietet Lounge Atmosphäre, die Speisen sind dementsprechend unkonventionell. Es gibt in der Umgebung Restaurants die kulinarisch mehr zu bieten haben und preiswerter sind. Deshalb haben wir dort nicht zu Abend gegessen. Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Semplicemente Fantastico

Ottima vista lago, ottima struttura, camere molto ampie (33 mq) con servizi di alto livello e confort eccellente. Complimenti anche ad HOTELS.COM che ci ha permesso di risparmiare il 50%

einfach wunderbar

einfach toll , nur beim Frühstücksbuffett dauerte es mit der Anrichtung der Etagere und die Bedienung sehr lange-.Auch der Strandabschnitt war nicht so gut z.b. um ins Wasser zu gelangen

Tolles Frühstück, freundliches Personal!

Riviera-Suite: schön und gross. Seeblick leider nur seitlich vom Balkon. Badezimmer gross, aber zu wenig Abstellflächen und kaum Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Grosses Bett aber leider mit nur einer Matratze!

Verdient die 5 Sterne!

Wir waren das 2. Mai dort und mussten feststellen, dass die Servicequalität beim Frühstück stark verbessert wurde! Endlich. Ein kleines fürsorgliches Stammpersonal ist mittlerweile vorhanden. Auch gibt es nun eine Frühstückskarte, sodass man informiert ist, was einem alles geboten werden kann. Das Hotel selbst ist wie erwartet top, wir werden gerne wieder hinfahren! :-)

MEHR ALS TRAUMHAFT! PERFEKTES SERVICE!

War seit langem das beste Service - wahnsinnig bemüht und freundlich! Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her sehr groß und somit auch perfekt für Familien. Als einziges klitzekleines Manko wäre die Temperatur des Indoorpools zu nennen - hätte für unseren persönlichen Geschmack wärmer ausfallen können. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft! Wir haben auch unsere Hochzeitsfeier dort gefeiert - Essen war der Hammer und die Gäste waren vom Ambiente begeistert! Unser Aufenthalt war jeden Cent mehr als wert, da unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen wurden! IMMER WIEDER GERN!

Wunderbares Hotel mit tollen Zimmern

Obwohl es nur eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines geschäftlichen Termins in Pörtschach war, muss ich sagen, dass ich von diesem Hotel sehr positiv beeindruckt war. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausgezeichnet.

Great hotel!

The staff were courteous and well mannered throughout our stay. The suite was clean and well tended. The location was outstanding and the view breathtaking. I would suggest others to stay whenever they can at this hotel.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und schön eingerichtet, das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbüffet bietet eine reichliche Auswahl. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel.

Tolles Designhotel - sehr junges Servicepersonal

Alles in Allem ein sehr tolles Hotel, das durch Design, Lage, Ausstattung und die Küche besticht. Weniger toll das sehr junge, wenig ausgebildete Servicepersonal, das sehr schnell die Orientierung & den Faden verliert. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt: an der Beachbar werden die Getränke mit Hofer Produkten gemixt. Dies als Gast eines so exquisiten 5* Hotels zu sehen ist einfach nicht angemessen!

traumvolle Tage am Wörthersee

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Lage einfach perfekt. Noch dazu hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter, denn wie oft hat der Wörthersee im Juni bereits 25 Grad. Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt genossen und es ging viel zu schnell vorbei!

Ble kjempe overrasket over hotellet, servicen og belliggenheten. Alt var perfekt. Et kjempe hotell og ikke minst en kjempe plass. Hit skal tilbake, uten tvil. Betjeningen var meget imøtekommende og hyggelige. Suiten var delikat og deilig. Alt stemmer her! Anbefales på det varmeste!
