Excellent accommodation

Our stay was the best we had in Stockholm, location close to the Metro and Pendaltag, quiet street day and night, excellently clean accommodation, apart items such as crockery, towels, sheets, apartment space. We will definitely be back! It's really worth staying at Apart Direct Sundbyberg.

We will most likely stay here again when we visit yearly. Very convenient location, and the studio apartment had all the amenities we needed. The one thing we would've liked is a dresser, or a shelf unit under the TV for clothes or storage of our items.

We were on a holiday with family in Stockholm. An excellent stay. This property is very conveniently located near a T-bana and Local train station. Restaurants and groceries are also nearby The apartment amenities were excellent and included a washer+dryer which was very handy. I would suggest adding a bread toaster to the kitchen amenities.

Bad management

The fact that the cleaning was so badly done, made me extremely uncomfortable. On the floor there was dried things left from previous guests, stains on the sofa and pillow so I covered the sofa with a towel. The remote control wasn’t working, the dishwasher was clogged and so was the sink in the bathroom. I called their service and they fixed it the day after. Either way, how difficult is it to check these things before? A pity coz it had the potential to be a good place.

It is near the metro station, 3 mins walk. It is large space, good for two to three people to stay. It is clean, very good. It has everything, help us to relax after a long day tour. It is a place I will choose next time. I also recommend to my friends. It is absolutely a five star stay place.

Som helhet ett bra boende som vi kan tänka att återvända till. Bekvämt sätt att bo på. Kommunikation från företaget var mycket bra. Enkel och tydlig med det som behövs. Bara kom ihåg att kolla i din mail skräppost ibland så inget viktigt hamnat där. Väldigt lugnt område och även väldigt lugnt inne i byggnaden. Inga störningar från korridoren eller andra rum. Även ljud utifrån gatan märktes knappt in. Lite instängd luft varma sommardagar men möjligt att öppna fönster för att vädra. Fräscht o fint kök. Plus att det ingick diskmedel och disktillbehör. Och plus att det fanns tillgång till extra täcken och handduk i en garderob i rummet. Enkelt att ta sig till med t-bana från Sthlm C och att åka lokalbuss 515 till Mall of Scandinavia. Rekommenderar detta boende till familjer. Då det är prisvärt när man är många. Det enda som var negativt var att golven kunde varit bättre städade. Vi hyrde två rum. I det ena var det några stora dammråttor under bäddsoffan (som vi fick bädda ut själva….) och i andra rummet hade golvet behövt en rejäl våttorkning/skrubb. Vita strumpor blev svarta undertill och badrummet syntes det tydligt, när golvet torkades med den vita golvhandduken efter dusch, att det behövdes skuras. Annars upplevdes boendet välstädat. Men tyvärr så kan man på de flesta boenden man hyr hitta liknande brister i städningen som detta.

とてもいい宿です。インテリアがモダンで、必要なものが全て揃っていました。（コンロ、電子レンジ、食洗機、洗濯乾燥機、電気ポット） 私は１か月程度の旅行を何度もしています。アパート型でも洗濯乾燥機がなかったり、洗濯乾燥機があっても他の宿泊者と共有のため実質使用できないことがあったので、自室のバスルームに洗濯機＋乾燥機があるのは助かりました。ただ、洗濯機を全自動にするには「5 shirts」にダイヤル合わせることを理解するのには少し時間が必要でした。 最寄りのSundbyberg駅へは徒歩7分500mです。 駅から43番の電車に乗れば「Stockholm City」駅までは8分2駅8kmです。改札はクレジットカードのタッチ決済が利用できます。 また、アーランダ空港へは、Sundbyberg駅の反対側のトラムのプラットフォームD(Sundbybergs torg)からFlygbussarnaというバスが日中は30分毎に出ています。停留所に「Flygbussarna」と表示されたガラスの小さな看板があり、その前にバスが停車します。 市庁舎、宮殿、ガムラスタン、ストックホルム近代美術館あたりは水辺で景色もいいです。また、バスに乗り換えてグスタフスベリへ陶磁器を見に行くのもいいと思います。
