Excellent stay

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, providing easy access to the main points of interest. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay even more pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, ensuring perfectly restful nights. Our room - a romantic suite - was more than adequate and spacious. With a great view of Bitez bay from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was varied and ample, from: hot to cold, savoury to sweet. It was 6-8 minute walk to the beach which meant it was a fantastic location too. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay at the Dorman.

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment has a washing machine, hob, Dishwasher, aircon in all rooms, water pressure is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk to the start of Bitez beach. Breakfast is good. The grounds of the apartment hotel are very attractive.

A great place

It was a nice, clean place with a lot of friendly people in the staff. A bit to much cats were lurking around the area. Cleaning was super and breakfast was nice.

Place was newly renovated and the facilities were well maintained. Buffet breakfast could have had better hot items. Place was a bit far from any beaches but then I guess the same could be said for most of the hotels in Bodrum unless they have a beachfront property.

Room with plenty of space, nicely decorated. Welcoming and polite staff. Fast service. Food is not the best, could be better. Bathroom is not well maintained and looked dated and not very clean. Shower head moves around if the water pressure is increased, need to be fixed. Most importantly, the floor tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet and creates significant hazard!! beware of falls!!

Stunning inside premises, lovely park, big pool and comfortable setting around. Good rooms and aircon, great shower. Very disappointing staff attitudes which may or may not spoil the whole thing. Found in the kitchen just two dirty plates and two dirty glasses. - very much so. Asked the reception to bring a minimal set like 2 plates, glasses, cups, spoons. Some of this came within minutes. Couple hours later when I called the reception to ask when I can expect the cups, etc, I got told off. “You stay alone and you ask for extra cups???” in a very unfriendly manne. I said there was nothing, and I am not asking for extra, just the opposite. In any case, how come they can be so rude? And yes, they solved that small issue with cups etc It turned out that there was an aftrenoon shift change, and the nicer previous staff was taken over. The incident, however small it was, left its mark and made me feel strange and unwelcome in those gorgeous premises. Was happy to leave after my two nights

I had a delightful stay at the Dorman Suites Hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to future guests. 1. Staff & Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick in their assistance. It’s evident they prioritize guest satisfaction 2. Food: Breakfast was a highlight. The Turkish cheese and kaymak paired with honey were standouts. Additionally, the menu boasted a vast selection of Bodrum specialties, pizzas, snacks, and drinks. 3. Ambience: The presence of many charming cats and kittens adds to the hotel’s unique character. They’re generally well-behaved, but do be mindful if you’re dining near the pool. 4. Room: Our suite was comfortable and each room was separately air-conditioned, though the shower could benefit from slight improvements. 5. Location & Amenities: Nestled atop a scenic hill in Bitez, the beach is a mere 5-minute walk away. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby hiking trail with its hidden waterfront gems. For those looking to explore, a variety of restaurants and supermarkets are in close proximity. The city center of Bodrum is easily accessible by taxi, costing approximately 150-250 Turkish liras. 6. Facilities: The hotel boasts a pristine pool surrounded by sun loungers and tables. Conveniently, clean towels are available at reception. In summary, my stay at Dorman Suites Hotel was genuinely memorable, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re seeking a combination of hospitality, gastronomy, and location, this is your spot.

Lovel hotel with friendly staff throughout.

Lovely hotel complex, friendly staff throughout the hotel, reception staff, andrestaurant staff all excelled. Very helpful and responsive. I required assistance on a couple of occasions and the reception staff were very obliging. The apartment was clean on arrival and facilities were good, our apartment had a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing maching, induction hob. A kitchen set can be requested, pot, pan, mugs, utensils and other items. We bought a pair of glass tumblers ourselves from a local supermarket for our own convenience. The mugs would have sufficed. The bed was a nice size, very comfortable. In room safe, wardrobe storage and hangers included, again, we bought inexpensive additional clothing hangers from a local supermarket for our own convenience. Breakfast is usually eggs, cooked to your preference, fried, boiled, or scrambled and they are served with a selection of bread, spreads, cheeses, olives, melon, cucumber, tomato and other items. Extra items are available for a small charge. The grounds are very clean and there are lots of colourful plants, plently of greenery around the complex. Very clean. Also worth noting is the proximity of the hotel to Bitez beach, less than 10 minutes walk. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony. Housekeeping is good although we did to request a fresh change of towels on a couple of occasions, however this is a minor thing that didn't ruin our stay at this lovely hotel. We hope to return again.

İyi ama gelismeliler

Dorman yıllardır bildiğimiz kalite, biraz yatırım eksiklikleri var, televizyon artık tüm otellerde smart tv iken eski bir cihaz mevcut, teknik sorun yaşatıyor. Teknik 3 gün boyunca asla gelmedi mesela, onun dısında upgrade konusunda ve güleryüzlülüm konusunda cok iyiler, late check out konusunda müsaitlik olmadığını söylediler ancak kulak misafiri olduğumuz kadarıyla çıkış saatimizden sonra bile kimseye vermemişlerdi . Hakkımız olmamasına rağmen havuz kullanımı yapmamıza müsade ettiler tekrar teşekkürler. Şarj aletimizin olmaması sebebiyle telefon emanet aldılar, house keeping acilen yenilenmeli, her gün cam su bırakmak dısında ve havlu degisimi dısında oda temizligi daha iyi olmalı yatağı sallamasyon toplamışlardı. Çöpü değişmişler ancak balkon mobilyaları toz icindeydi.
