Very Nice stay

It was overall an amazing experience. We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it's in the city centre, not very good to find parking though. The apartment was very clean and new, the sofa bed felt like a new bed, and all utilities were provided. A clear explanation was given by the agency and we had an additional paper giving us all the information. Wifi is very good, and a bottle of Nero d'Avola was offered as well as water and tea. We had a terrace which was very spacious. I would just highlight that in the apartment given to us we did not have a full mirror, just a huge halved one in the bathroom.

Appartement très bien situé dans Catane dans en haut de l’avenue principale mais un peu à l’écart de l’agitation nocturne. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble et offre de trattoria très sympa pour le dîner. L’appartement est très sympa, parfait pour 2 avec ce qu’il faut en équipement pour se faire à manger si besoin. La remise des clefs est effectuée par une personne physique pas une boîte à code ce qui est plutôt rare malheureusement. Nous recommandons ce spot idéal comme base pour naviguer entre Syracuse et Taormina

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Pretty new and modern. Easy access to city. Staff is friendly. Flat looking to back of apartment thats why it is quite. Road side is loud because of traffic.

Excellent property in a very central location - main street of the city, very walkable. Bus to/from airport stops outside the door. All amenities in good working order, and generally clean throughout. A very comfortable and modern flat.

Very confortable flat

Had a 3 day visit in Sicily: one day in Catania, second day visited Taormina and 3rd visited Syracuse. The Ferrini home appartment is a small, modest and confortable. For families with up to 2 children is a very good choice.

Sehr modernes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Position ist ideal, um das Zentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Bus zum Flughafen hält direkt vor der Tür. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Schön wäre es, wenn es noch eine zusätzliche Ablage für Kosmetikartikel im Bad geben würde und eventuell einen 3. Haken für Handtücher.

Sehr zentral und schön

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Flughafenbus hält direkt vor der Unterkunft. Direkt in der Straße gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Gefreut haben wir uns über Wasser, Tee und Wein (kostenlos). Der Balkon ist klein. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt muss man auch mit Verkehrslärm rechnen.

Beautiful furniture but not all rooms have a view

Apartment is very nicely furnished and communication was excellent. Official check-in hours are until 10pm and we we're allowed to arrived slightly later, which is very much appreciated. Only negative is that our apartment had a balcony with really high walls and hence zero view. None of the pictures reflect that such rooms exist, which is misleading. I was looking forward to waking up to a nice view.

Great location, stylish apartment with a little veranda, very helpful and friendly staff. Was definitely our home away from home in Catania. Some minor problems with the equipment in the kitchen. We love to come back!
