This smoke-free aparthotel features a full-service spa, an indoor pool and a restaurant. Free WiFi in public areas and a free theme park shuttle are also provided. Perfect for Disneyland paris

The hotel is the perfect location for Disneyland Paris and the free shuttle provided by the hotel was excellent. The room and the pool were clean and the staff were very helpful. Will definitely come back!

Very good hotel. I would stay again. Nice places to eat around the hotel. Large shopping mall nearby along with a subway metro station that takes you to all parts of Paris. Convenience store called Carrefour is just across the street. Most importantly, it’s very close to Disneyland. They have a shuttle that goes and picks up from there. But sometimes it may take 30-40 minutes to wait. You can walk easily for 20-25 minutes one way there when the weather is fine. The directions to walk are very easy and it’s hard to get lost if you walk to Disneyland.

The hotel facilities are very nice. They have excellent transportation service to the park area. Within walking distance there is an area with several restaurants and a shopping mall. We would stay there again, we recommend it.

Really was a fabulous hotel. We were over for Disney Paris and it was very convenient for that. The hotel was exceptional couldn't be faulted. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The area itself is quite nice has a huge shopping complex near by with lots if eating options.

Had a great stay, staff were amazing and helpful. The hotel is great during the week but on Saturday the pool and spa were way to busy to use but during the week they were amazing. Only one lift was working most of the time and other lift was taking so long we used the stairs. Overall a great stay.

Great location to walk to Disneyland Paris. They offered free shuttle service to and from the park which was very beneficial. Breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I would criticise is that they didn’t have an adapter and you had to buy one. Most hotels lend UK to European adapters to their customers who are staying. With this hotel you had to buy one which was quite expensive. Other than that excellent hotel and would definitely stay again.

A mixed experience

Pros: the hotel is nice, breakfast is good, the pool is big and clean, the shuttle to Disney ( mostly) convenient ( this is the reason we booked this hotel over others) and the staff is mostly nice. Special shout out to the concierge or driver who gave us a ride to the station our last day since the cab would have taken too long. That was extra and very appreciated. Most ( but not all) drivers were very pleasant. Cons: housekeeping doesn’t show up. One day I actually requested it at 10am before leaving to Disney, we were back at 4pm and the room wasn’t cleaned. I called the front desk to ask why as we planned to rest exhausted from walking non stop for 6 hours in heat and they said the “ don’t disturb sign” must have been on the door. It was not 1000% as we needed the trash taken I made triple sure the sign was not on the door before we left. This made me very upset. It’s a 4* hotel. If we request housekeeping it should come before 4pm. We waited for the shuttle once over 20 minutes and that is too long. We also called 3 times that day for the shuttle to pick us up. They should have shuttles going back and forth constantly. 20 is too long especially when it’s hot outside. A few drivers were rude, grumpy and drove too fast.

The hotel is dated and likely was built in 90’. However that is not a problem because the rooms are very clean and spacious. I would rate it 8/10 but unfortunately, I did not like how I was treated by some of the staff members. I visited the Disneyland with my family that day and thus, was not dressed fancy. Clearly, some people thought I was too poor for the hotel. I frequently travel for business and leisure and was never disrespected this way. My little daughter knows that a book should never be judged by its cover and would be happy to train some of the hotel’s staff 😅 To be fair, many people were nice, helpful and professional. Especially the shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and deserve a big “thank you” for their awesome work.
