Worst paid accomodation experience with extremely loud guests partying until 5am - would not recommend. With no staff or security available, made the situation even worse.

Love the concept! Toilet and bed upstairs!

The decor is very dark and a little spooky to be honest! But we do love the concept of helping the less fortunate! I was a little upset that the bedroom and toilet are up 15 stairs from the lounge room! Being disabled it wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement but I managed fairly well! The underground car park was very tight and difficult though not impossible!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Change Overnight in Launceston, Tasmania, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The apartment was a massive, beautifully designed three-bedroom space right in the heart of the city. Everything was spotless, and the full-size kitchen and lounge room made it feel like a home away from home. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at around the world, the beds here were some of the best—unbelievably comfortable, and the pillows were even better! It’s rare to find accommodation that gets every detail right, but Change Overnight truly delivered on all fronts. What makes this place even more special is its philosophy. Booking a stay here supports meaningful causes, making your visit more than just a getaway—it’s an opportunity to contribute to something bigger. If you’re planning a trip to Launceston, I highly recommend Change Overnight before looking anywhere else. Five out of five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check in was confusing… received booking confirmation saying all booked etc only to arrive locked out and then reviewed fine print .. 72 hours notice ?? Didn’t receive any codes but response was quick and amazing x Bathroom shower had no drainage so deep puddles of water in bathroom. I’m saying this would highly recommend

A very unique experience. When the lift door opened to the foyer, we are not sure if we came to the right place. It was dark, black walls with portraits of various people and scary. As soon as you open the door of your accommodation, it’s the opposite of what you have seen so far: Change. The accommodation is lovely, modern and has all the amenities you need. Not so good is the air cons in level 2. The aircon is located in the common area and has to be shared between two bed rooms and could not push much air into one of the bedrooms. However. Overall we had a good experience and will stay again when we go back and recommend it.

Very strange vibe. Weird noises playing in the hallways, my partner thought I had booked us into a brothel.. Apartment was fine however it took 10 hours to wash and dry one load of washing as the machine is a dual washer and dryer

Not really a fan of the reception less set up. Entering the building was a job in it self. Once we were in the building it felt like we were in a Tarantino movie, the black walls in the hallways were a tad creepy. The apartment itself was awesome though. Very clean & well appointed. The shower was great & the beds were comfy. It was a short walk from the city center.

There is no separate washing machine and drier. There is a combined washer-drier. It failed. My washing was stuck in the machine for over a day. An instruction book arrived eventually. Strongly suggest you ask for instruction books for all their gadgets here including the oven.
