The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

1 nuit séjour pro, bon accueil, chambre refaite confortable et très bien équipé, l’accès au parking sous terrain payant avec les instructions reçu par mel (point GPS) est parfait pour trouver l’entrée dans l’impasse. Le bémol concerne l’insonorisation vers l’extérieur inexistante, j’étais au 1er étage côté rue juste au dessus de l’arrêt du tram, le bruit de la foule qui parle plus le ding dong des tramway en approche s’arrêtent vers minuit ☹️

Muito bom, mas o colchão da cama é muito duro.

Tudo muito. Lugar limpo, novo, bem equipado e com café da manhã excelente. Mas uma coisa pesou negativamente a cama. O colchão é muito duro. Eu e minha mulher saímos do hotel direto pra uma massagista: ficamos com as costa doídas. Nem relaxante muscular resolveu. Estamos até agora com dores nas costas. Uma pena esse detalhe (importante, porque a razão de se procurar um hotel é, também, dormir bem) ter atrapalhado porque, no mais, não há do que reclamar do hotel.

Appart'hôtel propre et moderne. Certains endroits sont en cours de rénovations mais notre appartement etait fonctionnel et très propre. Il y avait beaucoup d'éléments neufs. Le staff était accueillant. Le petit dejeuner buffet était bien garni avec des produits variés. Je recommande avec plaisir.v

Très bon séjour dans cette établissement. L' appartement était vraiment propre, et bien équipé. Je rejoins l' avis des autres clients concernant l' hotel. Quand au parking sous terrain, nous avons un tiguan, et nous avons réussi à bien nous garer, malgré tout, il faut juste y aller doucement. Donc c' etait bien pratique, au lieu de chercher des places à l' exterieur. Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous avons déjà fait une autre reservation. Le gérant ainsi que le personnel de l' hotel sont très sympatiques et avenants. Merci à eux.

Gut, mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Unser Appartement wurde während unserem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt. Das, obwohl wir noch mündlich darüber gesprochen hatten. Für einen Kurzurlaub okay, aber nicht länger. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Für diese muss man gut manövrieren können (ausser Golfklasse und kleiner). Ansonsten war das Appartement bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und modern. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Rezeption, die immer versucht hat, uns entgegen zu kommen.

L'hotel est bien situé, avec 4 lignes de tramway juste au pied de l'immeuble. L'hotel est en general confortable mais le canapé lit est trop profond et peu confotable. Mais acceptable pour une seule nuit. La proximité des lignes de tramway fait qu'il est bruyant, malgré les fenêtres fermées.

Les appartements sont entièrement neufs et propres. Cependant le ménage n’est pas fait de la semaine. Il n’y avait ni balai ni aspirateur pour le faire moi-même. Il n’y a pas de table de nuit. Un kit de bienvenue dans la cuisine serait appréciable (au moins une éponge et du liquide vaisselle) . Le parking est payant (10€) mais c’est une vraie galère pour y descendre. Il est très étroit. Sueurs froides garanties. L’emplacement est idéal, le tram s’arrête devant. Cependant vous profiterez donc des bruits de son klaxon dès tôt le matin jusque tard le soir. Ajoutons-y les travaux sur les rails à 1h du matin toutes les nuits. Le personnel de l’hôtel est cependant très agréable et serviable. Expérience décevante
