Perfect spot for our family

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were a good size for our family of 4. The bathroom had an unusual smell, but overall it was a great room. Location is perfect with easy access to subway, train and buses. Lots of dinning options in the nearby kyoto station. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Kyoto station. The location is superb, check-in and check-out was smooth and easy, the front desk staff are friendly and no issue with communication. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Kyoto in future!

This was perfect with adjoining connected rooms for our family of 7. It was close to Shinkansen and subway. The room was comfortable and the shower/bath was very large. Service was excellent. Good to have laundry.

We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and the hotel was perfect for us. From the friendly staff to the convinient location it was perfect for our needs. Also, being able to do laundry easily is a game changer!
