Wir haben kürzlich unseren Aufenthalt bei Brann und Denise genossen. Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich toll, mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie einem Fußballplatz, Beachvolleyball und Beachfußball. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der coole Pool, der leider etwas häufiger gereinigt werden könnte. Es gab Vögelkot, der teilweise 3-4 Tage nicht entfernt wurde, was den ansonsten guten Eindruck der Außenanlage etwas trübte. Unsere Wohnung im alten Gebäude war leider nicht sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt ein wenig beeinträchtigt hat. Dennoch möchten wir betonen, dass die Mitarbeiter und die Leute vor Ort sehr nett und freundlich waren, was uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft cool und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung, wenn man über die Sauberkeitsmängel hinwegsehen kann. Wir hoffen, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden, da die Anlage viel Potenzial hat.

Lugnt, fridfullt och renligt boende

Lugnt och trevligt ställe. Gott om yta ute. Fint poolområde. Välordnat. Ganska bra parkering nära lägenheterna. Svalt och bra i lägenheten trots 27 grader ute. Internetuppkoppling var bäst ute, inne lite sämre. Spisen var ologisk, högsta läget var i motsolsriktning. Man står för eget toalettpapper så glöm inte det. Ingen stress till solstolar utan väldigt lugnt och avslappnat. Många hade hundar och det fungerade bra. Tackar för bra vistelse. Bra kommunikation via whatsapp vid frågor!

Sehr schöne, aber vor allem ruhig gelegene Unterkunft oberhalb von Garda. Große Pools, geräumige/saubere Unterkunft (wir hatten ein doppelstöckiges Apartment mit Terrasse und Balkon), gepflegtes weitläufiges Gelände, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und eine schnelle Kommunikation mit den Angestellten zeichnen Bran & Denise aus. Nebenbei bemerkt war unser Apartment mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet (Herd mit 2 Platten, kleine Tassen bzw. Gläser, keine Weingläser, großer, mittlerer sowie kleiner Topf, Pfanne, Besteck, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Spüle, Kühlschrank etc.). Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive gewesen. Man sollte dennoch kurz nach Ankunft einen Einkauf im Supermarkt einplanen, insbesondere wenn gekocht wird. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank! :-)

Purtroppo non mi sono trovata con la descrizione che c'è nel sito..... la sala giochi sono un pinpong un calcetto e un altro giochino poi uno scivolo piccolo per bambini piccoli e uno grande ma se piove quello grande è esterno e non si può giocare piscine molto belle peccato che quella piccola è posta per metà giornata all'ombra e l'acqua è molto fredda i campi da volley sono troppo lontano dalla piscina se chi come me ha dei bambini piccoli da controllare è impossibile poter andare a giocare.... il bar sono due macchinette con snek e quella per il caffè e internet non funziona per niente... se per sbaglio ti becchi la settimana sbagliata che piove non c'è nessun intrattenimento alternativo alla piscina e questo è una grande pecca del posto... purtroppo se non si è almeno due famiglie che ci si può fare comagni l'uno con l'altro è un posto molto noioso

Leider war die WLAN Verbindung sehr schlecht, instabil und teilweise gar nicht vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für einen Familienurlaub. Die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt. An einem Tag war das Pool Wasser sehr trüb. Innerhalb von 24h wurde sich darum gekümmert! Die Apartments waren von der Sauberkeit ok. Alles in allem würde ich jederzeit wieder einen Aufenthalt dort buchen. Also auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man mit Kindern Urlaub machen möchte.

Familie rejse til Garda søen. Hyggeligt område med 2 svømme pool, Kun 2 km fra byen, Garda. Dog meget smalle vej til stedet. Eneste problem er netværk og mobil netværk 😊

La struttura esterna carina,villette con giardinetti,piscine,area giochi e area cani. Purtroppo l’assistenza non pervenuta,appartamenti all’interno sporchi,con arredamenti tenuti molti male macchiati di “unto” con manate di ogni genere.in uno dei 2 appartamenti mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani,non era stato pulito (tranne il bagno),chiamato tutti i numeri disponibili,whazzappato ma niente.Alla fine trovato nell’appartamento un numero di emergenza,il signore ha avuto anche l’ardire di rispondere che lui era solo disponibile per cose gravi e che avevamo disturbato…..avendo spiegato che l’appartamento non aveva i confort e non era stato pulito,dopo un’oretta e’ arrivata una signora che ha lanciato sul tavolino da giardino asciugamani e lenzuola……io le ho posto anche il problema che nel nostro lato di “villette” mancavano le luci esterne ma lei ha risposto in maniera laconica NON FUNZIONANO.Mandato messaggi wsp alle receptionist con le varie lamentele ma siamo stati totalmente ignorati e nonostante aver pagato 540 euro ad appartamenti per 3 giorni,oggi hanno prontamente tolto i 30 euro ad appartamento per il cane senza neanche chiedere minimamente scusa per i vari disguidi o aver rimediato alle negligenze e neanche CHIEDERE AUTORIZZAZIONE PER TOGLIERE I SOLDI OGGI CON LE CARTE.P.S. Attenzione ai doccioni della doccia,sono arrugginiti e crollano in testa…..e le formiche arrivano ovunque nei bagni.

מדובר במלון דירות מקסים. מתאים מאוד למשפחות, למרות שאנחנו טיילנו זוג. כנראה זוהי לא העונה כי היינו בין היחידים. במקום בריכות ומגרשי ספורט (לא היה פעיל בשל מזג האוויר הסתוי). שירות נפלא, הדירה גדולה מאוד, נקייה ומאובזרת לחלוטין. בקבלה מוכרים מוצרים בסיסיים שדרושים לבישול. שירות מצוין מהצוות, שקט ונעים. החיסרון - נדרש להגיע עם רכב, למרות השילוט התקשינו קצת למצוא את המקום, עד שנעזרנו ב-WAZE. למי שמחפש את הפרטיות וחופשה עם ילדים - מומלץ ביותר!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren ins Bran und Denise und genießen die ruhige Umgebung und das geräumige zweckmäßig eingerichtete Apartment mit dem tollen großen Balkon. Weitläufige Anlage, geeignet für Kinder, Hunde, Sportler. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist und bleibt die Hellhörigkeit und heuer gab es Gäste im Erdgeschoss, die bis weit nach Mitternacht draußen gefeiert haben. Aber man braucht auch ein Auto, sonst ist man angeschnitten.

For varm lejlighed.

Område og lejlighed var super god. Fin pool og god størrelse lejlighed. Massere gode liggestole. Stille område. Desværre var der betaling for alt. Leje af tennisbane, grill, sengetøj og håndklæder. Kæmpe minus var at der ikke var aircondition. Det var ikke til at være i lejligheden. Nætterne var ulidelige. Manden sov på altanen, for at få lidt luft. Afstanden til Garda var for lang. Bilen skulle startes HVER gang man skulle ned i byen :-( det var højt oppe i bjergene og de 1,9 km var fra skiltet hvor Garda starter (oppe på bjerget) til centrum er der ca. 3,5 km og det går bare opad.

Moderat ophold

Bran & Denise ligger fuldstændig fantastisk smukt; bjerge, vinmarker, udsigt til søen (alt efter lejlighed). Lejlighederne ligger højt oppe, så man er afhængig af bil, hvis man vil ned til byen. Selve hotelområdet er lidt slidt i udtrykket, men 2 pools, græs og omgivelserne opvejer dette. Der er fuldstændig ro om aftenen. Da vi ankom efter 16 timers kørsel, skulle vi hente nøglen på Beatrix, pænt skørt, hvis du spørger mig, da de har reception på B&D! Her blev vi mødt af en meget lidt servicemindet pige, som hverken bød velkommen eller kunne smile, og vi blev sendt ud igen, da kl var 14.50, altså 10 min før åbningstid! Da vi endelig kom ind, og fik afl vores pas, så sludrede hun i telefon imens hun tastede ind på pc! Det tog lang tid, da hun lavede mange fejl undervejs. Hun var ikke særlig samarbejdsvillig, virkede irriteret over at vi var der! På B&D var servicen mere rimelig, og personalet venligt. De tager betaling for alt; wifi (5 euro for 3 dage pr enhed), babystol (10 euro) og da jeg inden afrejse havde kontaktet hotel.com vedr håndklæder og linned og her fået at vide, at der intet stod i beskrivelsen så derfor skulle B&D stå for det, og der intet var i lejligheden, så måtte vi betale 30 euro, som så refunderes af hotel.com - molboarbejde! Selve lejligheden bar præg af slitage. Sengen var meget hård, og ingen af os nød at komme i seng. Vi var glade for den uge, vi var på B&af, men vi vender ikke tilbage en anden gang.

Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Appartamenti comodissimi, posizione molto tranquilla, si è circondati da una sensazione di relax estremo! Unica nota negativa, in reception ci è stato detto che prenotando da Hotels gli asciugamani non erano compresi ed abbiamo dovuto pagare 20 € (per un soggiorno di 4 notti), ovviamente conoscendo la situazione, la prossima volta li porteremo da casa!
