Rolig og avslappende sted.

Fantastisk flott plass, her er det ingen problem å roe ned og slappe av. Leilighetene er nye og fine og det blir vasket og holdt rent hver dag. Vi koste oss hver dag på bassenget ut i 6 etasje, her var det 18 års grense og stille og rolig med mulighet for å kjøpe både mat og drikke. På denne plassen er det perfekt med bil, da blir det enklere å få kjørt vann og mat til leilighetene som ligg innerst, så det anbefales. I sentrum er det rolig og om du ønsker å shoppe tar du bussen til Porto Rico- 10 min med buss;) Kommer gjerne tilbake😊

Flott sted, men utfordrende adkomst

Vi hadde en fin opplevelse her, men dessverre finnes det ingen spisesteder på området. Hver gang vi ønsket å spise i Arguineguín, måtte vi krysse en sterkt trafikkert vei uten fotgjengerovergang eller gå gjennom en enveistunnel uten fortau med biltrafikk til et annet hotell. Dette var langt fra ideelt, spesielt med barnevogn og en fireåring. For at vi skal vurdere å booke her igjen, bør dette virkelig forbedres.

Trivsam anläggning och välplanerade och bra utrustade lägenheter. (Köket var välutrustat, kunde möjligen kompletteras med potatisskalare, rivjärn och grytlappar). Utomordentligt bra för den som vill laga mat själva. Bekväma sängar. Väl fungerande luftkonditionering. Stor fin balkong.Två fina duschrum. Städningen av lgh var perfekt. Vi uppskattade det stora garaget under byggnaderna med hiss direkt upp i byggnaden. Utomhusmiljön med poolområde och ytor med sol sängar var väl tilltagna och ingen trängsel. Personalen mycket vänlig och hjälpsam.

Pro - kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, kurze Wege zum Parkhaus - große Apartments - alles relativ neu - schöne Poolanlage - sehr nettes Personal Negativ - sehr staubig auf dem Zimmer (lange keine grundreinigung mehr) - leider haben wir wirklich das letzte Zimmer der Wohnanlage bekommen, weite Wegeund hatte keine Sonne auf dem Balkon und wirklich sehr nah zum gegenüberliegenden Wohnblock, schade - man ist auf dem Balkon nie allein, alles einsehbar (Glasgerüst und alle Balkons zu einander ausgerichtet, muss man mögen)

Likte beliggenheten. Nær Arguineguin, kort vei til fjellturer. Ligger for seg selv. Gode senger. God wii fii. Moderne leilighet. Selv om de begynner å bli litt slitte. Det er lytt der, men det virker det som om det er i alle leiligheter på Gran Canaria uansett hvor vi har bodd. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse å bo der.

Super godt sted at bo, især var vi glade for voksen poolen og niveauet af rengøring og service. Savnede et godt spisested i gå afstand, men det er af mindre betydning.
