Amazing apartment, spotless and comfy. Easy walk to the beach, cafes and shops. 15 min stroll to the river. Rosemary is lovely and gave us so many excellent tips for site seeing, walks and food. Cannot fault our stay.

Fantastic place to stay, clean and very comfortable, great location.The host, Rosemary was friendly and helpful. I have a minor complaint being the mattress probably needs replacing as my wife and would roll toward the centre of the mattress all the time. Yamba itself was a wonderful place to visit and stay.

Beautiful villa with lovely furnishings. A fabulous spot up on the hill. Communication from the hosts was excellent as we arrived after reception had closed. The BEST sheets in the world are on the beds! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth the high rating.

This stay lived up to all previous reviews and provided a great base to explore Yamba. For those with access issues you should note that the property is on a sloping site and that access to each has unit is via a set of about 8 stairs. Negotiating the sloping site and stairs with a heavy suitcase poses some difficulty. The stay information does not disclose that even though you have booked a 2br unit if you use the second bedroom an additional fee of about $70 per night is required. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
